00:57 💼 Cleaning businesses can be successful with minimal owner involvement due to their simplicity compared to other types of businesses. 02:48 💼 Delegating cleaning tasks and operations management is essential for reducing the owner's workload in a cleaning business. 05:07 💼 Admin activities, including proposal writing and email management, should be delegated to free up the owner's time and mental bandwidth. 08:24 💼 Sales and marketing tasks can be partially delegated, but it's wise for the owner to retain control over certain aspects to maintain the company's direction and growth. 09:20 💼 Ultimate leadership and direction-setting should never be delegated in a cleaning business, as the CEO's vision and ambition are crucial for the company's growth and success.

Great Question, of course it is safe :). You can find all the information you want and need about cleaning chemicals online on the brand's websites. Only a quick review of each product is really needed to understand which is the right product for you and it should be enough background information to reassure other's (like clients) what you're cleaning with is going to eradicate germs and you're using the best products you can use to do the job. Are you looking to purchase?
Hey man so quick question . I am in the process of starting my cleaning business and I was curious on how to equip my staff with materials needed for the job. Do I just put together a kit and give it to them to bring home ? What’s the best way to do this?
With smaller accounts, that's what we used to do. But now we only target high ticket clients ($5k-$10k per month). Accounts that size have a storage closet and everything gets left there.
Hi Mike, first of all I would like to thank you for all of the GEMS you are dropping in your videos. I just started my LLC for my cleaning business, opened a business bank account, and I am working on my logo and website right now as well. I was wondering if there is way we can do some quick 1on1 mentorship so I can speed up the process here a little more?
Hi brotha 💪thanks! I'm glad you enjoy the content! Congrats on your new business!! Keep up the great work💯 I can't say there is a "quick" way to speed up the process because there isn't, but there are strategies my team and I can mentor you to attract quality clients and sustain great service📈! If you'd like to discuss more about mentorship and how to build up your company for success, then please use this link to directly talk to my team (might have to copy and paste in browser): go.oncehub.com/TikTokAdsES If we can help you and you’re still interested, we would be ecstatic to talk about coaching you further. If not, no worries, there’s absolutely no pressure
Are you simply saying to start an LLC as a cleaning business, find employees and delegate almost every task, and then you just handle marketing and being the CEO? Wouldnt you also be in charge of buying all cleaning products and wouldn'rt you also need capital upfront to pay employees?
Of course not. Thanks for the clarity questions. I was stating what's required and once established enough, you can choose what you want to be strictly in charge of because you'll be able to assign any tasks to any employees. Did this help?
I suggest remembering work ethic is necessary especially in the beginning, know your team, know how to connect your team and how to value them, and make sure you aren't the one doing all the work-goal as a CEO is to have as much freedom as you would like! Don't lose sight of that and set yourself up right, but do not be afraid to reach out to mentors or coaches. I have mentors and they help me out in so many ways. Did this help?
Hi, @kellu-monique6983, thanks for the question. Happy to answer; it really depends on you because the initial investment is really based on how fast you want to grow your company.

It's totally okay if it's not in your budget at the moment, The first thing I would look into is how you're pricing your accounts and what types of industries you are targeting. Going high ticket will definitely boost your profit margins and put you in a position where you can hire management staff and get things automated.
