Hey Greg !hope this finds both you of well .i love your videos they are super helpful.I know am super later I just landed on your videos am new cleaning business owner just starting out 😢so confused and scared I got my llc then got my ein number and got the DBA afterwards but when I went to the bank to open an account they said I could not use the DBA with the ein number because it was not listed under the business name on the IRS ein document or certificate,and when I tried to call the IRS they never pick up because apparently I can’t do it on their website.pls advise

If I want to start up my family’s old janitorial company, using the original name. Can I use the original est date? The company was established in 1947, latest till the early 90s

Best advertising methods?
When it comes to commercial cleaning, having a strong website is everything. Most large commercial buildings you'll want to work with aren't going to select a provider from an ad. They will do a search and base who they reach out to off your website. Account Based Marketing is also key. Select a few businesses in the area that you want to work with and focus your marketing on them. Create a customized video and send it via email, create custom resources related to the industry they are in, sponsor one of their events. Put your time and effort into the accounts that will make you money.
An S-Corp is a tax election, not a legal structure, for a business that determines how it is taxed at the federal and state levels.
Can I do without car
Unfortunately, It can be difficult to operate any business without a vehicle. It is an essential tool in our business.
