Thank you so much. This helped me understand the cause of the problem and the solution too. Yamaha mechanics seem to be clueless. All they do is change engine oil, use additives everywhere without asking, change filters and wash the bike. Servicing done. I am now learning how to service my bike by watching videos like this. the same thing happened to me two days back when I purchased ybz, the clutch was not adjusted at all, and I was freaking out on the road. Fortunately, I saw a mechanic, he fixed it. But seriously the Yamaha showroom guys should fix it
Before handing over the new bike, usually the showroom guy takes a test ride....but still clutch needs proper adjustment because after riding for few kilometers when clutch plates become hot, your clutch needs adjustment at that time

Asalamualikum Sir. I am facing the same issue in my Gr150. Problem is when I adjust cluch and test it, it works perfectly i first 3 gears but it gets stuck in shifting from 4 to 5 and backwords. once i readjust it for higher gears, this problem transfers to 1st and 2nd gear. Basically problem occors in either 1st shift or last shift. Please help me with this problem.

No.1 bike thori vibration krti hai neutral main aur jab hand brack lagata hon to vibration khatam ho jatin hain🤔
No.2 bike k shocks bary ajeeb hain uchhalty bohat hain in ko main ne adjust b kia hai laikn single person k sath bohat uchhalty. Bike abi 750 km chali hai aap ke wajha zaror bataey ga.
Wasalam. Vibration k liye ap mechanic ko check krwayen aur suspension ybr g ki on the road thori hard hy coz it is made for off roading purpose, ap shocks ko bilkul neechy last position py adjust kren, kafi behtar ho jaye gi

Never use wd 40 or any penetrating oil on cables... which includes clutch cable, throttle cable etc.. it will destroy the cable.. my experience... also said by MC Garage . 😁
