I grew up across the street from the East LA Station. For me & my friends this is a huge “we told you so” - now finally the world will know the truth ✊
The woman who broke the story is a hero and needs to be protected. She has said that those deputy gangs have been threatening her, following her, and scaring her family.
In the 1990's, I was married to a Los Angeles Sheriff's deputy who worked in these areas. Within months of graduating from the academy, he had these types of tattoos - one on his calf and one on his bicep. Additionally, he was written up for "excessive use of force" multiple times and FINALLY was relieved of duty (with pay!) after years of excessive force. At home, he was out of control too. Our marriage ended in divorce.
He said he doesn't know about them. He also said they exist in every department. He also said he is working on handling the problem in the LASD. He also has gang tattoos himself.
You can tell by his body language that he's lying. It's actually quite obvious. When he says "show me where" it's like he's challenging you to take him down. He absolutely knows
I'm 48, but ever since growing up as a teenager in Los Angeles, I always felt something sinister about my encounters with the Sheriffs. Couldn't explain it then, but now I see.
@@00bankz24 Irrelevant. I could care less about the gang issue. I came to this video because of the Sheriffs. I know the gangs were violent. Is your comment supposed to be rhetorical? Is it some mystery that gangs are violent? I grew up around them. Besides, the bigger symptom the cops have is their own depravity. Godless cops who also need a new heart. Well, at least according to Jesus.
Can anyone tell why police are aloud to turn off and on their body cameras when convenient for them????? Biggest sham ever! Crazy part is people are dumb enough to let them do it. They should get fired if it turns off for one second.
Where I live they get fired and possibly indicted if there is significant time missing at crucial parts of the video cause it shows clearly they are trying to hide something .
@@whiteprivilege7961 yeah but why can they turn it off whatsoever???? They are obviously hiding something when they do. It’s insane if you ask most people. Thanks for the answer
Tattoo artist I knew did a bunch of those Jump Out Boys tattoos. It started with just one, but he did such a fantastic job that the 1st deputy sent referrals, a LOT of referrals! He got a business card from every officer he tattooed, & whenever he found himself on "questionable ground," legally, he'd whip out that stack of business cards & all his troubles would disappear, kinda like a "Get Out of Jail Free" card. It empowered him, making him think he could, I dunno, get away with murder... He's doing 25 to life at Pelican Bay. 😔

Growing up in El Paso Texas, I learned by age 15 that you do NOT want to get the attention of the wrong cop on the wrong day, as that could be your last day or mean years imprisoned as they could choose to plant something on you
I’m from El Paso aswell, when I was a teenager me and a couple buddies were headed home after a get together and a cop blocked the driveway we were parked in, then he tried to pressure us into admitting that we were carrying drugs with us which we weren’t, we told him multiple times we were just hanging out and were headed home and still he tried to intimidate us into incriminating ourselves and said “oh you guys wanna play now?!”eventually another cop showed up, they talked it over then they let us go. To this day I’m glad my friends and I stuck by eachother that night and didn’t crack at that cops attempts of escalation
Before bodycams these cops in LA would literally "Rodney King" people all the time. For whatever reason, they could just not like your "look", "attitude" they could even wrongly assume you're someone else or in a gang. Many people were beaten within an inch of their lives, it was normal back then.... And they wonder why people don't trust police.
Remember Sheriff Baca and his second in command, Tanaka were Vikings. One of the most racist gangs in the sheriff department. I remember not to long ago I was driving down Vermont Ave in South Los Angeles when a sheriff car pull in front of me and slowed down dramatically to where I had to brake hard to avoid hitting them. They then proceeded to slow down almost to a crawl. I stayed behind them for a while they drove 10 mph I was too scared to switch lanes. After a while of driving in that manner I switch lanes. They then jumped back in front of me and slammed on their brakes again and repeated the same thing. So I just stayed behind them all the way to my destination. I have no doubt they were trying to provoke me into something that would have left me beaten to a pulp, Dead or in jail on some bogus charges. We use to have a FBI that take down these criminals but nothing have been done.
FBI is too busy running around in their Patriot Front group trying to stir up more National unrest. Meanwhile the CIA is running our current administration, running cover for this communist agenda. It’s ALL corrupt and this is why we’re headed to another Civil War if we don’t get WWIII first!
Lol that officer in the car is clearly part of a gang himself. His response was calculated and thought out he knew what he was saying wasn’t true. Look at the smile on his face the second she says OH

Just like the suspects they arrest, deputies should have all tattoos photographed and catalogued by administration and/or IAD. Gang membership should cause them to be fired immediately. Eliminate qualified immunity now.
The cop that said "show me" That's like asking a Freemason for evidence of thier evil deeds. Or a street gang member to show you evidence of his gang. What a joke. America is screwed.
I applied several times for the sheriffs, I had no record, never in trouble, no affiliation with anyone, I did have tattoos that could very easily be covered and they knew that, when I went in for the interview face to face I got many dirty looks from some deputies. I’m sure they all assumed I was gang affiliated. The back ground check cleared I was clean, lie detector passed, references were good and supported my claims and they still didn’t consider me. True story My car was in the mechanic shop for a short period of time. I used Uber to get around. I had a driver a black fit heavy set looking guy. During the drive. He had told me he was a cop from Chicago for a certain amount of year. He did become a cop in LA but said and I quote “there’s too much politics here” In Chicago and the amount of years he has of experience. He eventually got the right to not need a partner to ride with him. Apparently that wasn’t the case in LA. He didn’t wanna tell me more into it but I can see why.
As someone who's lived in LA his whole life, one thing I'll say is that I have never ever seen LAPD cop cars where there was a singular officer driving them with no partner. They always ride in pairs with no exceptions. I'm pretty certain it's a departmental policy. I guess that's the politics he was referring to.

I remember it as if it were yesterday, the Firestone Sheriffs pulled my family over after coming from the drive in. They (sheriffs) pulled my dad from the car and beat him for asking them, "why did you pull me over" They beat my father, the Firestone Sheriffs, 50 years ago. They have been a gang for a long time. I still have a lot of family living in L.A. I grew up in the North County of San Diego. Before I left for Arizona, around 1979, my cousins would talk about gangs such as this among the Sheriffs. I dismissed it as a myth. We moved back to CA, in 2000 (not to L.A.) and my cousins still tell me about gangs in law enforcement, but now with personal experience added. What a mess that is. Whenever I watch those Cop Watcher videos, those auditors actually tell the aggressive Sheriffs if they are gang members. Since they have cameras, they get the same smirk as the ones in this video. Out here in Riverside County, we have offered to buy coffee for the local Sheriffs (we have a cafe, four doors down from us) and what we get is disrespectful laughing and words like "No way" "Yeah sure" but no "No Thanks". To be fair, there are plenty of good guys around here, but these officers with the attitudes, are still a small group, and stick out like a sore thumb. I really hope that is not the case in Riverside County.

The burden to pay for killing an innocent person should not be placed on the tax payers. Get rid of qualified immunity is just the first start. We need a complete overhaul of the whole system. He “thought he smelt weed”…so he punched me in the face, while my hands were up. I was a skater in a small town, so the only trouble I had ever been in was little things, like “skating where I wasn’t supposed to”…to this day, never arrested for violence, or any such things. No felonies. At 17, I was strip searched by two officers with a friend of mine on the side of the road at 3am. They desperately wanted to find “cocaine” on us, because my friend had a little baggie that originally had a button in it, in his jacket pocket. They were acting like dope fiends. “Wheres the coke? Where’s the coke? C’mon guys, we know you have it, where is jt?” They made us expose ourselves, and shone their flashlights on our genitals, and tried to demean us by “comparing our size” to each other. I had guns pulled on me twice, and had an officer threaten to charge me with “felonious assault on an officer”, “ruin my life”, and “no-one would know the difference…but [he] would…and [he’d] smile doing it”. This was all the same police department. I left that town when I turned 20.

She wandered in the woods for two days before some teen agers camping found her. They got here help and did a rape kit on her. People would be wise to have a look at the huge amount of material about the afterlife, much of which has come out of the near-death experience (NDE) that many people have had, primarily because advanced medical practices enable doctors to bring some "dead" people back to life. All of these people have a similar story - that death does not exist and that everyone is held accountable for every action that they took in life, good (for which one is rewarded) and bad (for which they will have to make amends). There is justice in the universe.
Alex Villanueva needs to be held accountable for knowing and allowing this to happen. When so many people are stepping forward that these deputy gangs do exist, it's enough evidence to prove that it is factual. This must be addressed at a state and federal level so that a resolution can come forth to dealing with this matter. The law enforcement motto is "to serve and to protect". How are deputy gangs able to serve and to protect when they don't have good work ethics by abiding to the protocols that they must follow as a deputy officer?
They do know at the state and federal levels. That is telling on American political, judicial and law enforcement institutions. This nation needs another revolution.
Not "staggering", instead, "Standard Operating Procedure". Why run? Is it not "normal" to run from predatory animals? If you don't, what will happen? You will be eaten. You "escape" to increase your chances for survival. You may make it, or you may not. But you take the opportunity while its available. Police have become predatory animals and answer to no one. You don't have to agree with me; you do have to comply with police, even though you know your life is in danger. You do have a desire to continue living, do you not? So do the people who run. You love cops, ok. Keep living your life. Do exactly as you're told. US Military officers in full uniform have been violently arrested by police for no reason, and judges have ruled in favor if the police. Why serve a country where you are considered less than "normal"? Here's a little secret for you...police arrest/violently harass other police too. I give kudos to the officers who filed a lawsuit against the thugs in the sheriffs department. The city of Los Angeles needs to do a sweep to get rid of these gangs in the sheriff's department. Every active duty officer should be routinely searched for tattoos that indicates gang involvement and then fired if they have them. It's the only way to stop these idiots.
That will never happen. Police departments control cities. Look at San Francisco. They got a progressive District Attorney who had the guts to go after corrupt police officers, so the police stopped arresting people, crime skyrocketed, the progressive DA got booted, and they now have a new, police friendly District Attorney.
UNACCOUNTABLE power, involving matters of life and death, no matter who holds it (historically such unaccountable power is typically held by a king/queen and their army OR a dictator/despot and his 'security ' forces...henchmen), is very strongly associated with societal collapse (AKA: break down of ALL 'law and order'...and/or lawlessness and/or mob rule). History also tells us that the more widespread/endemic the problem is/becomes, the more imminent that collapse is likely to be.

Every nation on the globe deals with law enforcement corruption. It's actually pretty mild here in the USA in comparison. But as Americans, we think that whatever social issues we deal with are exclusive to the USA. We think we are the center of the universe and everything else revolves around us.

I grew up near East L.A. I'm not even Hispanic, but, i can vouch for the thesis of this story. We had a special unit referred to as "CRASH". The focus of that unit was aimed towards gang violence. I can attest, that the deputies, really did, run the streets with impunity.
And some of them were in actual street gangs as well, like the cops who worked security for death row records were actually part of Mob Piru bloods gang. Another reason why I feel the investigation didn’t go as far in the Rampart Scandal because it probably ties in these cocksuckers too

All I would like to say is this; if there's evidence of deputy gangs, and those gangs still exist under Villanueva's leadership, then the people need to re-elect a different Sheriff, as it starts at the top, If Villanueva gets re-elected it's the peoples fault, go out and VOTE, re-elect a new SHERIFF!!
They are the ones who own the helicopters and police cars, ans protect the facilities that "guard" the votes on Election Night. The power play would never allow an outsider to change a system so entrenched on favoritism, nepotism, and corruption.
The fact that your name is Robert and still are skeptical about deputy gangs despite people speaking up about it for decades let's me know what you look like. 😂🤣

There are bad apples in every profession,race,class..ect.ect..including those at the top. But to get to/ and stay at any of these places/ positions you have to "comply" with your peers. I can't see an answer to this except that people are evil or at the very least able to except these behaviors to "fit in/do what they gotta do". Kinda scary!
Gangs with badges protected by the law to murder have been left to blossom for so long. But hate and crime won’t win forever. The day of accountability will surely come. 🙏🏽

A bunch of C.O's clicked up and operated as a hardcore gang on the "other side" , and they did a lot of dirt onto inmates, and were only dismantled when a whistleblower spoke up after he refused to join.. Look it up.. it's pretty interesting..
Police gangs are in every state in the US not just LA. The difference is most are better at secrecy than others and most have the DA and judges in their pockets..
Yeah…no. Not like this. The egregious examples are when you have a massive overlap of Police Dept & Sherifs Dept. When jurisdiction changes every few blocks, a division is created and allows you to be less concerned with your actual job. I worked the streets of Los Angeles County for over 30 years. That included various stations with unincorporated areas that, unfortunately, were infested with civilian gangs that were violent and produced vivid and unforgettable scenes that I live with today. I did not work at the ELA station, so I cannot comment on hearsay that I personally have not experienced. In all the years of working the streets, I personally never experienced "Deputy Gangs," nor would I tolerate such a thing if I were to witness such activity. I took my job seriously and did my best to protect the citizens of Los Angeles County. The thousands of deputies that I worked alongside had the same morals and integrity to always do the right thing, and that was be of service to the Citizens of Los Angeles County. I'm not saying there are not bad apples among the organization because there most definitely are. We must rid the bad apples and move forward and do the job we are trained to do. My estimation is that 95% of the deputies working the streets are out there with the integrity to do the right thing, do as they are trained, and make sure they go home to their own families. My car was in the mechanic shop for a short period of time.

Once his daughter & I went our separate ways, I was beaten when being searched at 16…Cop’s reason?

And what city was this?
Alex Villanueva needs to be held accountable for knowing and allowing this to happen. When so many people are stepping forward that these deputy gangs do exist, it's enough evidence to prove that it is factual. This must be addressed at a state and federal level so that a resolution can come forth to dealing with this matter. The law enforcement motto is "to serve and to protect". How are deputy gangs able to serve and to protect when they don't have good work ethics by abiding to the protocols that they must follow as a deputy officer?
This is how every government arpund the world operates. Its all very secretive.

Thank you
sure "95%"

It's ironic,to her a cop calling someone else a rat!
I am so glad not to live in Los Angeles anymore and I feel nothing but compassion and sympathy for families to have to go through this not to mention that there are lots of really bad white cops that have their own types of gangs in more white neighborhoods. But I totally believe that this is true I used to frequent a bar in downtown LA that all the cops would drink at and 911 operators and everybody who did those types of jobs I’m convinced that they were talking about things like that and were part of that. One nice thing about being white is I don’t have to deal with that crap because I don’t live in those neighborhoods and if I did I would be hands off. But what about all the poor people who do and what they have to go through these guys are taking the same abuse that occurred in history and reversing it. I’m not surprised by any of it it’s just like the police in Mexico.
Yeah, Mexican police came to mind for me too. What a shame to bring the worst parts of a country with you. It's wrong here and there, but maybe here we can hold them accountable. The DoJ needs to investigate, no local cronyism and interference. RICO these guys to the federal penn
Wait until a major national crisis like a energy or food shortages. And the only armed individuals are these corrupt cops and the criminals in these major cities.
It will be like the movie the Purge and Escape from LA all rolled into one.
