Roughly it Depends on the smps output wattage , here it is 24 volt 2.5 Amp smps, I,e 60 watt, so at 36 volt it will be nearly 1.5 amp

Li ion battery pack consume maximum current at starting, so use good quality smps, then u can modify it. Otherwise it will burnt from over heating
