That would be an interesting comparison. Unfortunately, I haven't tried any artisan designer jackets. Would love to see someone do the comparison.
I feel like FW wouldn’t fit me, but I might have to try Rainbow country some day. I know what you mean about this jacket looking nice but just being too small. The jackets that look best on me are too tight in the chest and shoulders.
Yeah its a pain how that happens quite often with leather jackets. Definitely give Rainbow Country a shot if you can!

Did you try the spray bottle and just wear it? Probably eh? It totally works. You can stretch it by about an inch. It’s a great jacket.

How would the Mulholland compare to the Flat Head single riders jacket? Like the look of the Flat Head and seems to be more possible to find but obviously can’t tell anything about quality from pics. Also cheaper but still very pricey!
They're very different jackets. The Mulholland does not taper as much as the Flat Head jackets usually do.

That's about how much they are in the US now too sadly. The prices are pretty extreme. If you know for sure it will fit, it might be worth it.

You have to check their stockists or buy used. Basically no stores have them in stock, so right now, used on Yahoo auctions Japan is your best option

It is not too small. But I understand pickiness part. Go with your feelings. Life is too short.
That's the thing- it doesn't look small. I think the issue is the slim sleeves and tight armhole, plus the chest is a little too tight as well. It does look like a pretty much perfect fit though.
How fast times change nowadays. Fast forward seven months and FW is not the best leather jacket brand anymore, but vintage jacket are the (only) worthy ones.
I still believe FW makes the best new jackets overall. The overall quality control is better than most vintage jackets, but vintage jackets fit me better. I still stand by this video.
The jacket fits you perfectly. The jeans don't.
