    Huge maths error there! There's four inch clearance at either end of the lamp guard, not three! To be honest I wish they sold a smaller one...

    It’s a great bit of kit.I’ve got mine for my young Florida brooks king.will the 57cm tube be big enough for a 5ft vivarium?

    I just paid 63.99 on eBay for my shadedweller t5 max pro.I haven’t seen them going any cheaper!

    The shadedweller 2,5% is great for my Cal king. He loves it. It's inside his Viv. Mine is the longer version.

    Is this light reliable for succulents that are in our Bio Leopard Gecko setups and does this light have a Night mode or do you just turn it off at night ?

      All plants require different amounts of light. They may benefit from some UV (as will your gecko) but they can be over exposed to it and you would still need to provide a grow light.
      It doesn't have a night mode. Reptiles shouldn't be exposed to any kind of light at night to be honest. "Night lights" whether they are blue or red etc, are still emitting light that can be seen by the animal.
