Would really like some info to get started. Is it ok to maybe rent truck and trailer to see if this is lucrative enough? Maybe see if this is what I want to do. Man….Love your videos. Just caught onto you.
Hey bro I’m going northbound on 75 out of ATL. I saw a white F3 50 Dooley with J love the flash on it roll down my window halt and film view. Was that you just now
You would need to have a nontrucking liability policy that covers you when you aren’t driving for them, but you will be added to their trucking commercial policy.
That is a good question I asked that when I first started. But you should just go ahead and get your own commercial policy and get your own MC number. It will shorten you’re suffering.
@@Babylionhotshot I have been in the Hotshot business twice…36 years in total as an owner and driver…never had my own authority nor the guys I worked for as a driver…I have never suffered not having my own authority…I have a saying…”I’d rather have someone else pull their own hair then me pulling my own hair”😉
I've been seriously considering getting into my own hotshot rig. I work in a completely different industry currently but I'm burned out. I love driving and travelling. I'm in the Midwest, what's a good way to find a company that needs drivers or O/O's with hotshot rigs?

If I lease on to someone do I need dot #.??
What do I need to lease on to someone...???
I have a E-450 and a 26' gooseneck trailer
If you lease on to someone, does that mean you don’t have to have your own commercial insurance? Because you are running under theirs?
