My mind is blown away!!!! Awesome tutorial again. Thank you. Sooooo......helpful. Please keep producing more videos on growing and tending to these amazing fruit trees.
I don't refrigerate mine cause I use it the next day or two. But it can be refrigerated just make sure you let the condensation dries out before sticking your brush into wet pollen.
Good to know cherimoya and sugar apple (atis) can be grafted into atemoya tree. My atemoya produces more flowers than the cherimoya although the later is 3 years older. I'll graft a cherimoya cutting into the atemoya and see if the former will produce more flowers. Can atemoya pollen be used to pollinate cherimoya flowers and vice versa? This year I saw 2 atemoya flowers that has 4 petals and I took pictures. It could be a rare sight. Thank you. I learned something from your video.
😊The male flowers hasn't been pollinated and will be dried out isn't it. Also, if the female flowers had been pollinated will turn to be fruits instead of male flowers is this right? good video thank you for sharing.
Hi l..hv follow your hand pollinated my cherimoya. Not have a lot of flowers here in New Zealand but now I facing I have no male to pollinate with females..please advise
I’m a beginner here and find your video easy to understand. How long does it take to confirm it’s been pollinating. When does the fruit shows up? Thanks for responding.
Where do you live that your tree is so big. I’ve had mine for4 years and it’s only now that we’ve got abundant leaves let alone flowers. I’m in SO CALIF
Maybe in the future when I have more flowers from each type then I will separate. But for now, most are pollinated with my AP. Interesting to see how the shape and quality of the fruit turns out.

Awesome one tree with so many different kinds... where do you buy those scions?
Hi Thien. Thank you for this awesome video. I am curious, can you refrigerate atemoya pollen? Will they be viable for a few days?
I don't refrigerate mine cause I use it the next day or two. But it can be refrigerated just make sure you let the condensation dries out before sticking your brush into wet pollen.
Hi Thien, thank you so much for the tips! Could you please tell me, how long does it take from flower to a ripe fruit?
I pollinate around March/April and harvest in Oct-Jan.
@@TnTranN thanks so much for the answer!

Sorry, I don't know how long it takes for the fruitlet to show up. Has any fruitlets show up for you?
Thien H Tran yes, maybe 2 or 3. There’s some that look like fruits but I can’t tell. 😆
You'll see the fruitlet for sure in 5-7 days.
so helpful tips,thanks
How long can you store the pollen and how do you keep them viable if you don't use them on the same day?
Hi, can I pollinate atemoyas with cherimoya pollen?
Love your videos bro

Santa Ana. Was your tree grown from seed?
Thsnk you Con .
Is there any specific time of the day to pollinate ??
@Thien - You have all different varieties on the same tree. You don't need to separate the pollen for the pollination?
Maybe in the future when I have more flowers from each type then I will separate. But for now, most are pollinated with my AP. Interesting to see how the shape and quality of the fruit turns out.
Thien H Tran , thanks
Hi Thien I got a peth pakchong tree do you want to trade scion next season Thien I’m interested in the sugar apple
Can I do the air laying or scion grafting during the flowering season ?
You can graft during the flowing season. Air layering on cherimoya/atemoya is not recommended.
Thien H Tran , thank you for your quick response, I'm truly appreciated!
You shouldn't triple dab the pollen or else you might get a lot of seeds in your fruit.
👍👍👍👍👍
Love it 👍♥️

do you have any insect problems like aphids or fruit boring insects that turn the surface black and hard?
I do get aphids in spring when new growth appears. I spray with neem oil and soap mixture.
Thanks for your reply.
That tree is huge compare to mine lol
I saw you have small cherimoya can I buy please .I like
What do you use to cover expose parts that you pruned ?
Tanglefoot Tree Pruning Sealer
I have a question please .... I have an annona tree and I noticed that the color of some of the fruits became black and they are on the tree and rotted .... so what is the reason ..... Thank you
How big is the tree? Maybe the tree can’t keep a lot of fruits and self thinning.
@@TnTranN
The age of the tree is 3 and a half years
Are those grafts stong enough to support fruit?
I have not had any problems. If grafts are able to fruit then it should hold.
@@TnTranN I was wondering because I recently grafted some scions on my tree and they are already flowering. Thanks
Cô đọc được nhưng nghe không được HAHAHA 🤓
