Great job man! Dude I just love your videos. You do your cookin' so well and I learn so much. I did my steaks pretty much the same way yesterday except for one big difference. I sear them first, then pull them to the cool side of the grill to cook to temperature. They came out great that way too. Other personal preference is I used just charcoal, put pepper on just before they hit the grill, and no oil (they did stick a little, will oil them next time). Also in my cook I was cooking multiple steaks. Ribeyes, NY strips, and Fillets. (family Christmas gathering) I was smokin' and grillin' like crazy with my Weber grill big time! Thanks again.

cool trick to cleaning up the bone there... it is called "frenching"
Take some butcher twine wrap it around the bone 1 or 2 times at the steak side wrap it really tight and pull that string up the bone and the string will it really nice... like french restaurant presentation nice.

Brotha AB, every recipe has been on point as well as the kitchen accessories you have tagged with Amazon (these companies should be giving you a percentage). By the way, got the Sweet Smokie Joe Creole Kick and Fish & Seafood seasoning straight from the company. Appreciate the insight!
