Ab I am a culinary arts student who enjoys cooking for others and my mom loves the food that I cook it's comforting food
Growing up with a bunch of girls somewhere along the way I fail in love with cooking I get it from my grandma she cooked for the University over 30 years I'm blessed
I have big dreams to open up my own hair salon and still be a chef doing hair cooking letting everyone taste my delicious heart soul filling food while receiving feedback
I can be a bit lazy sometimes I just don't feel like washing dishes after I cook I'd rather use the dish washer but it's broken waiting tell the next day to clean the kitchen don't get me wrong I still enjoy cleaning
When a man grills a steak, removes the bone, and his first thought is how much his dog is going to love it, then that man is a great man! Keep it up AB! Love your work!
Thanks Charles! 😁👍😉
AB you definitely have to watch out for cooked bones for animals! Cooked bones splinter and can be extremely dangerous, raw bones are where it’s at!!
@@Lavenderkistcooked beef bones are fine. It's the chicken bones that splinter.
I WOULD JUST GRILL A 2nd STEAK FOR MY ROTTWEILER.
Thats a fact when he said his dog gone enjoy it my only thought was mans best friend! Salute AB
Thats a Grown Man Steak bro! Looks so 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yep yep!
Never cooked one of these but after watching and listening to you I'm much more confident. Like that this video isn't filled with too much crap and to the point.
I love yo channel AB. You fully transparent and a real dude that’s simplifying these recipes and taking the mystery out of cooking. On the behalf of my stomach, thank you brother.
AB that meat stick the meater is amazing ...you are the main man for grillin and chillin
No better eating in the world than a ribeye cooked medium rare on the grill. Learned me a new word today too. My Q'er ❤🔥
I love my dog, but eating around the bone is the best part for me, perfect steak AB...out did yourself again...still going through all your videos!
AB....I bought a 15pc set of the Calphalon Premier cookware. Thanks for all the advice. Best cookware I have ever used.
You're in the game now. Enjoy!
Hey AB. My name is Mike and I just got done grilling a tomahawk steak, following your directions. It was the first time I had ever cooked a steak that big. It came out perfect!!!!!! Thank you soooo much for showing me how to cook that. I will be following you from now on on how to cook on the grill. Again thanks. YOU ROCK!!!!
I will never, never be a vegan, lol!!!!
Lol never thanks for great video
ditto...AIN"T...Can't and WON"T
I'm Vegetarian I ain't back slid yet, but it's coming tho.
That smile on your face and steak juice on the lips.......Tells the whole story! Great work Chef.
Thanks Charles :)
Ima keep it 100.. AB need his own cooking/grilling school!!! Ima speak it into existence!
I knew before the watching the video that this was going to be good but the ingredients. Nothing but steak, salt, and pepper! Best way to enjoy a great cut of cow!!
This guy knows how to cook and soothe the soul.
Now that’s how get down with steak and a Weber Kettle 22.5! AB has clearly shown us how to produce restaurant quality dishes at home. Cant say enough thanks to the tips and tricks you’ve provided to make me a better at home chef!
"....if you can't eat it, go get your skillet and you know, fry it" =make me lol all day.
Steak look perfect AB.
I became a subscriber looking for an authentic homemade mac and cheese recipe. I’ve been watching your videos since. Great tips and recipes.
Nothing better than a grilled ribeye
I Agree!
I've cooked many a cowboy and internal temp is the secret. I have never done the indirect first. Looks delicious. I'm trying this next.
Just made a cowboy ribeye using your method, and it turned out perfect! Thank you! 🤤
Just grilled my first steak ever with no experience prior to this video and the how to grill on a Weber video by AB and it came out great!
AB in da house.... your shows simplicity is second to none. love watching and learning.
Thank you but your are just as good if not better. I'm the newbie when it comes to making grilling videos but I'm drinking my Milk and I'll grow up soon lol.
I used to be one of those lost ones who wanted a well done steak. Finally tried making a thick steak and it came out medium rare... i never went back. Night and day difference. One is a burger, the other, little peace of heaven. Nice work
Well said Bro! :)
That looks delicious. I like to let my steak sit in Worcester sauce before I start to grill. Flavor is out of this world
Fred Flintstone is like, "Cowboy my foot, that's a Brontosaurus Steak!"
Lol 👏👍😁😋
@@SmokinandGrillinwithAB AB when do U add the Pepper?
😂😂😂😂
😂🤣😂🤣😂
😄😄😄😄
Nice video bro! Great points about allowing it to rest. I buy my steaks seasoned and vacuumed sealed, then allow them to age in the back part of my refrigerator for just over 3 weeks. After cooking it's like biting into a texture like fine pancakes!!
Thank you. I hope it helps someone out there :)
Awesome looking Steak Brother, and great advice on having to go by internal Temperature instead of time. All steaks/meats-Proteins are different. Great to see you behind the grill! 👊🏼
Thanks Bro but I think it's still too early. Just getting my feet wet and I still learning how to make a grilling videos.
Nice way to cook a Cowboy Ribeye. I've been doing direct heat but that way makes all the sense in the world. Thanks AB.
Guys... you have to try this.
Its legit.
I have done it like this 3 times.
This man is on point 👍👍
VERY helpful. I never cooked a steak or roast on the grill, because I was afraid of the meat drying out or being tough. I also had the coals all over the grill, instead of in one section.
You will want to watch my next weeks Grill video on how to properly grill food. After that I will crown you Mrs. or Ms Pitmaster :)
😂
I call you Uncle AB to my boys. I'm saving money making dinner for my ladies and finding new ones in the grocery store🤣🤣🤣. I got them believing these are recipes from memory. THANKS for taking the mystery out of cooking for single men and simultaneously giving game.👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
Patrick, it's all good bro! It's the fact that your cooking and getting the recognition is what makes this worth it. Continue to enjoy and let's get it! Thank you :)
AB you're the man! I love watching your videos. You always teach me something new in the kitchen. Have you ever considered teaming up with some of these other youtubers and hosting a cooking event? I feel like you could raise some money for charity if you wanted to. Keep it up man!
Unc!!!! Thats a roast on a bone lol. Looks good!!!!
Lmbo! Thanks Nephew!
Just did this cooked til 170° well done still juicy and tender no pink
AB...so glad you made this video. I know you said you used salt and pepper for flavor. What I use is Fiesta brand steak seasoning. (HEB) You should sprinkle some of that on your next steak. I use one of your recipes at least once or twice a week. Thanks
Just cooked this steak yesterday, so tender and delicious , medium rare is so good! Good job AB!
My mouth is watering watching that juicy steak, yum. Thanks for sharing.
😋👍😁
Great job man! Dude I just love your videos. You do your cookin' so well and I learn so much. I did my steaks pretty much the same way yesterday except for one big difference. I sear them first, then pull them to the cool side of the grill to cook to temperature. They came out great that way too. Other personal preference is I used just charcoal, put pepper on just before they hit the grill, and no oil (they did stick a little, will oil them next time). Also in my cook I was cooking multiple steaks. Ribeyes, NY strips, and Fillets. (family Christmas gathering) I was smokin' and grillin' like crazy with my Weber grill big time! Thanks again.
Thank you from LA and Russia:-) Спасибо
AB, you don't want to over-talk it, but that succulent Tomahawk Steak is surely talking😋!! Good googly moogly😋!! Tkanks!!
:) Thank you Fam. I'm glad you liked this steak.
Thanks AB... I love the way you explained everything. Now I understand more. Keep em coming 😊
Thank you Jo Ann but the next one will be all about the How to :) Thank you again :)
AB, really appreciate you helping the environment, no more pharting from this animal - looked delicious - thx for sharing

😋 Thanks
Just found your videos!!! I'm not going no where!!!! Learned so much in a couple of days! BTW the red from the meat is a protein released from the meat called myoglobin (it's not blood), kinda like the "white stuff" you sometimes see on salmon.
Great video bro, using ur wisdom all the way from Costa Rica 🇨🇷 Keep them videos coming
Thank you for reaching me how to grill!!
Great job. Thank you. I just ordered those charcoal baskets. Thanks again.
That's the stuff!! Just when my boyfriend was saying today how he misses grilling season😊 Can't wait to get there as well once the weather here goes warmer. And hey, loved how your dog was like a little helper in your lobster tails video😍 Running around in the background, I bet he just wanted to play😅🤭 P.S. We need to get us that thermometer thing you got, for the real grilling for summer 😊👍🏼 Thanks for all your pro tips!

cool trick to cleaning up the bone there... it is called "frenching"
Take some butcher twine wrap it around the bone 1 or 2 times at the steak side wrap it really tight and pull that string up the bone and the string will it really nice... like french restaurant presentation nice.
