this pan is used for chinese dishes to get the good smoky flavour .it is called WOK/chinese kadhai u can get in amazon if u type wok but make sure u buy sticky version [iron] and not non stick one because sticky pan will get more smoky flavour . I HOPE U LIKED MY comment if so:
