I tried this today and for the first time , my fried rice came out very well! I cooked the rice as instructed, but slightly longer. Sautéed the vegetables in cast iron skillet and it retained the heat well, although it does not substitute the work.

I bought a basic Chef Knife at Amazon. For basic cutting methods just search French Cutting techniques. Chef knifes are also supposed to be sharpened periodically (you can use a honing tool before every usage). Not a professional like Venkatesh ji but I'm interested.

I bought a basic Chef Knife at Amazon. For basic cutting methods just search French Cutting techniques. Chef knifes are also supposed to be sharpened periodically (you can use a honing tool before every usage). Not a professional like Venkatesh ji but I'm interested.

But we only watched in television. We live in sydney, here we can't ownload hotstar app. so we missed lot of recipes. Now we are very very happy to see your youtube channel, especially we are vegetarian...you posted too only vegetarian. After marriage(6years) my husband never stepped in kitchen except for eating. He don't know how to cook. But 1st he tried your Mangalore bonda. Now he tried veg fried rice and today he cook noodles.
