how long have u been suffering from disc bulge?
And with which treatment r u handling this ? Have you undergone surgery or are u intending in future !?
I have also multiple disc bulge and herniated disc in L4,5 and L5 S1 and i have microdiscectemy surgery tomorrow. Pray for my successful surgery and speedy recovery see u all soon and ll share my experience. Hope for the best.
