Hi Tim, I'd love to see a video on how you add the notation at the bottom of a video with the moving cursor that stays in time with what you're playing.

Hi Tim. Have you ever tried playing eDrums into a DAW (like ProTools) to record MIDI and then importing the MIDI into Finale? It would seem to me, if that worked, it could be a real time saver for drum transcription, even if some correction was necessary later. Thanks.

I was going to ask the same question, except to ask if you can play an eDrum kit right into Finale as a MIDI input and have it write what you play ala the movie Drumline..

Hi Tim, when I try to add rhythmic notation above the staff, i follow all your steps, add them on the 2nd layer. Finale lets me input them, but they are not visible. Any idea why that might be? any help would be appreciated thanks

Hey, on the Fit Measures task at the beginning, just do a Ctrl-A for Select All... Saves you several clicks

Yeah. That's 100% my bad. I'm very used to having that "drum legend" as the first measure which prevents me from using CTRL A most of the time. Just a habit I've developed that was totally unnecessary here haha.
