A trick I leaned a long time ago was to use a lighter to burn off carbon on the spark plug. I never had a lighter so i just used a blow torch. Seemed to work fine and the oem sparkplug still works great
Thanks, the exhaust is probably my issue, runs splashy, misfires and blows a lot of smoke when i shake the mower when it is running, my early lawnboys had the muffler under the deck,
I actually have a video coming out in a few weeks on how to grease the self propel mechanism. And I don't know when I will put out a video on how to clean the exaust ports.
