I was about to build a mini ITX until my case showed up and I was like "this is way too big" and lo and behold your video popped up! I'm super interested in this ROG NUC now! It looks to be half the size of a PS5 and way slimmer. Great video Javier! Hope all is well!
Haha it’s a dope system man. Definitely does the job. It’s not the most powerful but I dig it and it does what it needs to. I’m ok paying for the size Hope you and the Mrs are good 👊🏽👊🏽👊🏽
2,200 USD is very overpriced but I guess people who want a small, powerful, portable desktop PC, it might be worth it. In my opinion, this should cost under 1,600.
Hi there! I have a quick question. The docking station you own would be perfect for my setup, as I have a PS5 and a MacBook. However, it is a bit expensive for me. I was wondering if you still use it, and if not, would it be possible for me to buy it from you at a discounted price? I would greatly appreciate it if you could respond. Best regards, Seger Kamp
Thia ahould come with 4080m since its with mobile edition. why not to buy a laptop with same specs, but usually laptops running hot and loudy with higher gpu. 🎉 Personally i would be well interested if it has 4080m
The amazon link says it has 12 gb vram for the 4070 version and 8gb for the 4060, is that an error? Can't find the VRAM spec listed on the Asus website for some reason.
Does it have a bulky external power supply brick or is it also built into the PC? Because that would be a huge factor for portability or even when trying to fit it into a tight space.
@@MinimalisTech it's also important when you consider that, if you want the PC standing vertically, the power supply needs to be resting somewhere ironically taking up more space on your desk or below with a cable management solution at an additional cost. Otherwise gravity will be cause it to function like an anchor and forcing pressure to power port on the PC impacting its longevity. Also, if the desk is wobbly or motorized, the brick can sway like a pendulum causing the vertical PC to possibly tip over ending the Republic of Gaming.
Whats the point of this? Its specs are 100% laptop specs. But stripped off all the convenience of a laptop like lcd/keyboards/battery. You can't even upgrade this because it uses non desktop parts.
Yup! Definitely paying a premium for unique form factor lol, i don’t disagree at all. I think the allure was IO and Cooling. I’m a normie tho if I’m honest, it’s just a pricey ass cool machine. impractical tho in reality for price
not a good deal i build a mini PC at the same specs or better for less then 3000$ or buying a mini PC with rx 7600m xt for the third the price nothing guarantees the quality of ASUS products. that's a scam.

Love watching this as a guitar player.
That 335 style guitar looked 🔥
I think it would be fantastic for those of us who work in a semi truck and still want a PC hooked up to a small 24" monitor. #trucklife #vanlife
This is more for those who want a console size PC is my guess.
Yep...that or folks who don't have a whole lot of spare space and still want a PC that can do heavy gaming
Now I can say, Dad desktop is now portable not only laptop😂😂😂😂

The i7 version is 1699
that's why I choose Minisforum Atomman 7g pt on Amd. similar spec, better cooling and cheaper.
not everyone can or have time to build a pc specially aestethic one, this is a good gaming solution
@@diuran1919 please gave me link for this device
Yah indeed plus the build is not realiable for cooling system..
Interesting compact PC!
If I don't have a monitor, can I use this with my Xreal glasses instead? As a combo for traveling
atomic habits, good book
i tried this yesterday in the fair its so good

Hey, mate. What mouse are you rocking at 3:40?
Yo! It's the MCHOSE AX5
www.mchose.store/products/mchose-ax5-series-wireless-mouse
I wish someone would do steaming box setup video with it.
How does it do in regards to stability? Especially considering the recent reports of Intel 13th and 14th Gen CPU instabilities?
I'm sure it's not running those CPUs tho
Very cool PC, been considering that one or the ThundeRobot MIX Gaming Mini PC
I was looking at that one too! Does it have wifi7?
It's smaller than my router, pretty impressive.
How this mini pc for Blender artists and heavy renders vs 4070 laptop?
I got a question a 4070 laptop is weaker or stronger than a 4060ti desktop? I plan on building around velka3. Or get nuc instead

The NPU is only really useful laptop with iGPU, a dedicated GPU can do anything a NPU can do but better.
ahhh gotcha, good to know!

Yeah actually, brick is kinda chunky. There’s a shot of it in the video when I’m unboxing.
Good point tho - it is a tad chunky.

if i change the m2 nvme can i replace it with m2 nvme with heatsink?sorry for my bad english.thank you
I got a 13900k laptop with 4090 for 2k from Lenovo....
Better take 3 Serpent Canyons ^^ (20 threads, 16GB VRAM, 256-bit design of deskop variant, Time Spy 11K, Cinebench R23 18K)
Heard a lot of bad things about it
Is this PC good for long hours of game streaming?
depending on what is good to you? typical compact pc temperature yes?
typical 4-8 fan setup pc temp? nope
should have no prob, im pretty sure asus applied liquid metal on those so no change required, just plug and game
@@iikatinggangsengii2471 thanks man
2200 dollars, good I choose Atomman G7 PT on Amd. for much less and similar spec and better cooling.
Similar spec!??! It doesn’t even have a dedicated gpu 😂😂😂
@@DEFERDSWAG hmm 7600m it's very good GPU of course behind this nVidia RTX 4070m
This is literally just a modern Wii
I like it, but it needs to be more affordable.
benchmark?! .... -_-

The fans in the Enthusiasts are way bigger than laptop cooling.
with laptop your table wont look that way
Did this man just the utilization was temperature? Lmao the gpu was 57c thats not hot at all
Devrim
It’s a laptop video card they are so weak. You are paying crazy money for no power Better buy a laptop at least you have the flexibility.

Way overpriced go with the minisforum g7
How tf didn't I know that one existed. I wonder the performance diff between the 4070m and this one. I might have to check this one out anyways
It has a 8 g 7600 and an amd r7 and cost bout 1000
i buy 4090 msi laptop I was much better.
Yeah but that is a LAPTOP 4070 GPU isn’t it?
it is a laptop ver.
Yep
its so stupid they wouldnt use a x3d cpu
not a good deal i build a mini PC at the same specs or better for less then 3000$ or buying a mini PC with rx 7600m xt for the third the price
