Bro, the video is very nice and you look like you put a lot of effort into it. It seems like you drew all the Holy Roman Empire vassals when just making animations was difficult. I think you deserve more than 1 like.
I use flipaclip but I try and prevent the blur by copying and pasting the original ball or weapon when I am moving them so every time I change the ball it is the original copy of the ball, it's hard to explain. It is also very time consuming to make each object less blurry so in my newer projects I have sacrificed the aesthetics so I can work faster and focus on historical accuracy. Border and flag wise they are sometimes innacurate because I don't really have many sources to use and I draw every flag manually, if you know any websites or books that explain the border changes and wars other than Wikipedia that would be very helpful lol

It’s far more messy than that. DeGaulle wasn’t recognized until the end of 1942 as the US viewed Vichy as more legitimate and almost backed Darlan over DeGaulle. The whole reason Vichy existed was to keep the French empire together and was the legitimate France until they didn’t cooperate enough with the Allies and they changed their minds.
Vichy France is a puppet-state there is no real France, The real France is Vichy France of which belonged to Nazi Germany which allowed them access to French colonies in Africa

Honestly, I quite liked the Ice Age borders, besides Doggerland. It would've been interesting to see bow migrations and wars would've worked had the Tyrrhenian sea (the body of water east of the Italian peninsula) had stayed fertile lands for the Romans and Illyrians to inhabit. Another thing to be peculiar about would be the fact that the Alps are MUCH larger meaning they could be a better safeguard against barbarians and many other army hordes.
Yeah, I didn't really go into detail on the sa level in the neolithic but it is a very interesting era of prehistory to read about but as a British person I am glad doggerland is gone because otherwise the French would definitely have messed with us.
