Macedonian region was a part of "Arnavut Vilayeti" Albanian Vilajet that means they are Albanian and they have been speaking Albanian. Considerable part of Montenegro and Serbia named as "Sanxhak" in Albanian, "Sancak" Turkish ,"Sandzak" or "Sancak NoviBazar" is Abanian and they have been speaking Albanian. But todays a part of them have forget their own language and asimilate because of sllavs ruling.
Macedonian region was a part of "Arnavut Vilayeti" Albanian Vilajet that means they are Albanian and they have been speaking Albanian.
There is region of "Epir,Epirus" too which include; Ioannina or "Janina in Albanian", "Yanya in Turkish" is Albanian too.
There were Comandant Pirroja i Epirit, Ali Pasha etc. Albanian.
All in all what I mean is that most parts of Balcanic countries today usually generalized or asimilated as sllavic are just part of Albanian region and people speaking Albanian. Therefore I include Macedonia and Montenegro. Respects...

But I never once accounted that in all circumstances Montenegro was "Slavic" it was just a generalised ethnicities enticed amongst this specific geographical segment of Europe like for instance, how Australia is amalgamated with many different cultures though is still referred to as a Westernised European descent state.
