PLEASE produce this as a kit! This is crazy!
We are going to be testing it for a bit to make sure all is good. If there is enough interest we will make it fit sure!
Todd
Socal billet makes a good kit,
I’m 100% interested in a kit as well. I’ve got two that I’d like to compound.
This kit with a 475 🔥🔥
I don't think you guys went over where you put the oil feed and drain?
If you made this kit I'd 100% be a buyer. Keeping the truck's functionality of the dual batteries in the stock locations and the factory downpipe exit is amazing
We are still in the testing stages but keep an eye out for it
@@pddofficial and what about now, one year later, than video had been published?
@@КупиведроI was going to ask the same question.
Keep the 6-0 content coming. As an owner of a 04, 6-0, I’m loving these vids. God bless.
More to come!
As a 6.0 dork I really appreciate the recent content. Great work as always guys
Our pleasure!
Is there a kit in the future? I like where this is going
Same. Instead of putting a big charger in my truck this would be sick. Depending on how the longevity of it works out
Hopefully. If testing goes well and there is enough interest we will make them!
Take my money now 😂
Making 6.0's great again 🤔😉
You're funny
It’s always been great, just take brain cells to notice 😜
Always have been.
I would like to see you take a 7.3 powerstroke and see how much power you can squeeze out of it
Definitely in the future
i think just putting a modern turbo would make a difference. compound may help with the sluggish spooling up on our stock 99. I would be happy without huge numbers.
@@uliwehner A turbo and larger piping is a huge start. The stock down pipe size is pathetic.. Wakes em up alot.
Hey did you guys make the kit for the compound? I would be interested in the piping in in the process of bulletproofing and I have an extra turbo laying around.
We are working on the production of the kit.
Finally a reputable builder comes out with one of these! I want one for towing, can you guys start providing egt #s??
We are towing with it this weekend. Will have some egt footage next week on our Instagram!
I saw a comment and they said they did some towing on fairly steep grades and kept around 1150 on the egts
Loving this 6.0 content. Why didn't you guys do this stuff before I did my build? I wasted thousands on a compound setup built by someone else that was garbage. Now i have everything else chosen and paired for compounds but running a single
I really hate hearing stories like that! Sorry we are a little slow to the Ford game. I want to do a fair bit of testing on this set before we release it. Doing some tow tests this weekend. Should have some sort video on it Instagram next week!
@@pddofficial I'm not making any promises but I may be interested in purchasing a kit. Its basically either that or different injectors. I'm looking forward to seeing how yours turns out. Good luck guys
I've found that wetting the pipe wrap first, and then wrapping the pipes makes it easier, and it helps the wrap lay out very nice and keeps it from slipping as you go.
Yes please make this kit and make it affordable!!!! This is awesome
That is the plan!
It's a 6.0 man what else would you expect. Not a better produced Ford motor yet. Yeah everyone can argue a 7.3 and 6.7 but neither have produce the power of the 6.0. If Navistar would've fixed the problems with it and ford would've made them then that motor would still be in production. I'll NEVER buy another truck. All I want are 6.0s
Awesome video guys I've never been a newer Ford fan but what you've done with just air and a little tweaking is truly impressive i can't wait for the next faze 👍
As always take care stay safe and may God bless you always 🙋♂️🇬🇧
To much ego to admit it kicks what you drive lol
Very slick set up. Looks super clean! That's a tough engine bay to work in.
It sure was but works great so far
I was there ordering a pump rebuild when they were filming this. Sorry about taking you away from it Baron. Clean truck. Hope the run to Vegas went smooth with the compounds.
No worries! The 4bt build?
Todd
@@pddofficial Yup. My Dad is excited to play with the AFC Live. Lol
Pov me still waiting everyday since this vid for this minty kit to be dropped on the market PLZZZZZZ guys
That's some serious power ...just wondering watt you are using for an oil cooler ..awesome job keep up the good work 👍
Stock oil cooler on this truck.
Great video. I would definitely consider buying one of these kits for my 05 6.0 in the future. hope to see more content with this truck 👍
Thanks, will do!
I feel like you guys are leading the industry in realistic, useable diesel performance. I know there are several great shops, but it seems at times like they are chasing big numbers only. But you guys make big numbers with relatively small air, which equates to great street trucks with minimal lag and great street manners. I feel like that is the most important thing in reality. Keep up the good work! Love the channel!!! 👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸👍🇺🇸
Thanks Paul! Big numbers certainty are fun and I love them but they aren't really practical for most people. I am having a lot fun of making good usable street power!
Todd
Where's the compound 7.3 kits!?
Maybe one day
I'm still waiting for this kit to be made, is there a pre order?
We have a list of people just call in and put your name on the list
I think I have the perfect truck for that compound set up 03 F 550 ....... I've got to get with you guys on some mods
I need this for my 6.0 🤤
Once this is available I’m interested in getting a kit. Could I run this with stock fuel just for towing performance?
Absolutely! Egt control would be amazing!
The bracket off the alternator is a amazing idea to package it tight 👍
Thank you Bobby
WOW!!! 620hp out of stock nozzle 175's is unbelievable!!! I am definitely looking forward to the built motor test! I have a 2005 Waggler rodded, ported aluminum headed, 800hp 1300tq street truck if you need a test truck!? That is simply amazing power with no more than what that truck has!! Great job PDD
Thank you!
I have kdd ported aluminum o ring heads stage 2 cam high output hpop billet flex plate just to name a few parts, no expense spared test truck instead
@@kxp.1496 you know what it takes then to get to our power level "safely" and you know you cant have one without the other! I have all you have listed and then some, i just didnt list the details. My heads obviously are kdd as well. I could fuel and charge mine to double the power, but where im at as a street truck is a freakin blast!!
@@kxp.1496 what transmission do you have? I am running a 2200 dpc triple disc billet stall. My transmission is a full billet 850 horsepower rated capable 5r110. Built by former Red Diomond Diesel. Several 1,000 mile trips, and daily driven like a car lol
@@LeadFootRebela year later lol I have a stage 3 twisted diesel transmission and whatever torque converter that came with it. I bought it from kill devil diesel.
Your truck sounds like a beast too.
Well done guys! Shes a ripper!
I think you'd do well with this in kit form.
Perhaps put together several levels of kits, one with just the turbo and piping for the guy who already has a built 6.0, and then perhaps another version that includes head studs, fuel system upgrades, and a tune, then another kit that includes everything needed to build a bone stock engine into a reliable screamer. There's definitely a market for something like this... 👌
Great ideas! We have lots of plans for the 6.0. It's actually a very fun platform when you start messing with them.
@@pddofficial They make easy power for sure, and there's a ton of them out there yet... It's just some of the weak points that need to be addressed. EGR crap, factory V.G. turbo, head studs, and so on, but I'm SURE you guys are already well aware of all that stuff.
Rock on! I'm interested to see what you come up with. 🍻
I don’t know if I’ve already commented, but I’m watching this for a second or third time. Please produce this kit! Lol
When is ToddZilla going to run his truck at another event. We need the 12 valve Godfather to represent.
In the works! Need to make spend some thought on the chassis this time!
Todd
That’s awesome, curious how well it pulls a trailer. My 6L is mostly a daily but sometimes pulls a 25’ flatbed with a skid loader or hay and would love to run this set up depending how it handles weight
Did a towing test this weekend it was great. Never had to downshift and kept egt around 1150 going up steep grades while in the max power tune! We got some footage going up on IG in the next day or 2.
@@pddofficial Sweet! 😁
Useable daily's is where it's AT with these things.
BIG OIL is needed for big power for these HEUI style Powerstrokes. Obviously Warren diesel has a kit as do others. Any chance you can do a build tutorial using twin hpop kit for big oil equaling big horsepower!? As always great content. You guys are the best!
The guy in the beginning of the video was changed out with a different dude in the end.
Lol! It's amazing what a haircut will do!
Well skimming through the comments looks like this will be a kit. There definitely is interest in this compound kit.
Would this kit work on a stock truck with a stock tune for towing? Obviously less power.
so long as that stock truck had head studs, I don't see why it wouldn't work.
Baron
@@pddofficial thanks!
I love this concept! I am wondering if fitment would be case by case. I have many aftermarket parts i.e., intercooler pipes, external oil cooler, air filter box, etc. I just want a reliable truck but some extra power with little added weight would be awesome!
This kit would be built around stock parts for sure. Hopefully other aftermarket mods will be easy to make work also.
@@pddofficialI have been thinking about this concept. I’m wondering if you can put the turbos under the truck. You would need is a custom manifold and to route pipe under the hood. Just a thought.
I ha e a 2004 F350 dually 2wd manual tranny... all stock.. do you need my truck to do some work
Commenting again. How’s testing going?
Thinking about trading my mustang for a Cummins. What’s easier to get mods for a first gen Cummins. Second gen 12 valve or a 24 valve?
The 2nd gen p-pump is very easy to make power with!
Truely love what you guys are doing.
Just be careful if you throw fuel at that truck, with compounds they tend to chuck rods over about the 750hp range.
Yup especially high torque at low RPM tends to bend rods. But we have to give the 6.0 credit it’s fairly stout bottom end.
I friggen love the bed plate and 4 bolt mains!
Todd
Warrens makes 1000 plus on stock bottom end
@@pddofficial they’re stout rotating assemblies for sure! It’ll handle whatever you throw at it with a set of rods
Yep. Rods are a must over 700 or so. 👍
Please manufacture these I’ll be the first one to preorder!!!
Have you guys released video who won the truck?
Not yet. That is coming very soon.
@@pddofficial thank you!
I’m really interested in the.kit. We have two trucks we would love to do something like this on!
Great job! Lots of 6.0 owners out there like me, really liking this work! Hopefully roll out there one day for you guys to beef up my engine. See my website for the best engine oils btw.
Thanks 👍
I would love to purchase this as a kit!
I really hope to be able to pick this kit up one day
We are still in the testing stages but keep an eye out for it
Just came back to rewatch the video, thanks for answering my questions on your live stream!!
Any time!
My 2wd shorty would love this currently 205/100s 366 have a stealth 67 that would be perfect for this kit
That would be great for it
Will the one turbo feeding straight into the other turbo, will it cook the other turbo or at the very least shorten the life of the other turbo
Great question. Caterpillar offered this turbo arrangement on a certain 15L over the road engines. I have been running this type of turbo system for years without issues.
This makes me so excited about what I’d like to do with my 06 King Ranch. Love my 6.0. Thanks guys.
Anytime!
Keep innovating that’s why I love diesel platforms I got a 7.3,awesome video keep up with content
Damn how are the head gaskets holding without o-rings? 🤔
so far good but we know they are on borrowed time!
When can I drop my truck off do mine next
Need a 7.3 build series and top of off with a compound kit.
We like where this is going!
Nice job on the 6.0 fab work. Sure you'll be getting some $ from me in the near future.
Thanks Steve!
any update!? take my money
“Okay okay now that’s way north of 500😁” for someone who’s driven 2000+hp trucks for that kit to make you smile.. Nice!
Lol! It really is still fun!
Todd
When are you guys doing a compound kit for the 7.3L Powerstroke?? You can use my truck to prototype 😎
I actually hope to greatly increase our turbo kit offerings over the next year. Maybe a 7.3 could end up on the list!
@@pddofficial a lot of us guys are choosing to spend the money on the pre-emissions platforms. I think you will find a very healthy demand for things that tend to bring the old trucks up to par with the newer ones in terms of performance.
I need this for a 7.3 powerstroke
#powerdrivendiesel aka Todd just finished a build just like this. 03vgt with s485/102 1.32 190/30 I’m at sea level I’m making over 60psi will have drive and interstage gauges when truck is back together after killing the stock trans 257k on it lol. Look forward to the future of these. Would love to see just more fuel vs a full built motor build with them either way nice set up.
190/30 with 485? I’m wanting to go non vgt I have a kc stage 2 with 190/30. How are the injectors with that? Aren’t they kinda small?
Cool truck! I would lo love to hear more about this when you get you gauge loaded. Any dyno numbers?
@@pddofficial unfortunately NorCal doesn’t have any dynos that allow diesels on them anymore. So that won’t be something I will be doing any time soon. Are truck events don’t have them either
@@claytonwinter7368 you can go check out the videos on my channel about it
Considering there’s only like 1 company on the market that makes a compound kit for these, you guys definitely should make one

Future plans!
produce this kit, send one to Newfoundland. :)
All i can say is WOW! That is clean smoke free power! I can't wait to see dyno numbers with your ported heads! But for basically stock, guys you knocked it out of the park! I need a kit! Great job PDD!

Gale Banks will have a Heart attack over where you are putting the air filter, but I am sure he'd sell you guys one of his fancy Air Density Gauge setups (Boost and 2 stage IAT calculator for your dash for those that need new 'cool' stuff to talk about.)
What size injectors? This would probably pair well with some 190/205s
This truck has 175 stock injectors.... for now!
You guys are so funny. 500hp and you all are like yeah it's alright... kind of slow only 500hp. Meanwhile I'm driving my 2008 6.7 that's pretty much stock and thinking damn this thing hauls for a truck. Someday I'll get a 68 built that will handle compounds and I'll put a set on the truck and I'll know what you guys think is slow LOL. Right now I'm wrenching on an old Z-134 Continental that's in our forklift.
Man why do they gotta put music on when they go to drive the thing 😤
would be awesome if you made a set for the 99-03 7.3l. i know their would be a huge demand for it!!!!!
we have plans to build a set in the future, but we need to fine tune this 6.0 set up first.
would definitely be interested in this as a kit!!! would pair nice with kcs2 and 205/30s
That what we are think have a truck that will have all of that
Would 3.5” pipe fit? Will the 1/2” make a difference? Thanks, you guys do make it look easy!
Loving the 6.0 content but whatever happened to Will's 1200hp 2nd gen daily driver?
Well he’s been driving it everyday no chance to film it 😅
Will is current suffering from the curse of too many projects!
When is a kit available. Need one bad

Nice to be able to get that shoehorned in there. Would be good to see it making power below 2700rpm though.
Yes. I use mine to tow so 2700 is high rpm for that
He is towing this weekend. I imagine we will have some cell phone footage on our IG next week. From my street drive I would be it tows amazing. A max power dyno run isn't a great replication of manners on the street.
Todd
@@pddofficial looking forward to those results
@@doogie525 I'd be interested in knowing the background of the statement. Classic diesels (inline 6) rev low. I pulled a 5th wheel over the continental divide and was over 2500 for several hours. Zero problems, no overheating or long-term problems. it's just how these 6-0's are engineered. I'm not studded either. It seems dodge folk are surprised by this, idk.
@@drkies like he said, dyno and real world are 2 different things. It seems high in the rpm for a diesel but you are correct about the 6.0s. I just want to be able to cruise in overdrive pulling my flatbed or horse trailer with no issues or high egt. I'm excited to see how his towing goes this weekend
What if you Jett Hot coat the pipes before you wrap them ?? Would that be good as well or just overkill ???
Would probably help some.
I'd be interested after I build my engine, whenever that happens lol. KC stage 1 with like a s475 and 155/30 injectors. Simple towing setup with some added air flow and power.
All the broke 6.0 owners 20k in cab off maintenance so far 😂.
