I will definitely add rich habits in my book collection. I geek out on Neuroscience and the connection to success. Brain based coaching is what I use to help my clients, you have to avoid all the scientific jargon though and keep it simple.👊🏾
To avoid debt people would have to stop getting student loans, car loans, mortgage loans, ect...and saving 10% of your income could never bring wealth, financial security or financial freedom...so nothing you said is practical.
Wrong , everthing you mention if you cant pay for it cash then you cant afford it. Those are luxury items! You don't need a $25,000 car if it eats up most of your income. You can get a used car for $3000. Your don't need a student loan you can work as you go to school and pay by semester. You don't buy a house you can't afford all that is "keeping up with the Joneses syndrome " and lastly if you live below your means you will always have money to save.
This guy is trying to sell himself as a wealthy guru but can't even stay on topic. Like a shark homing on a dieing fish. It's simple business 101 supply and demand he knows there is a demand for people trying to get out of debt so his going to sell them what they want to hear.
