I checked Google Maps. Portland has a Beverly Cleary School and a Beverly Cleary Sculpture Garden, but there is not yet a Beverly Cleary Street. Perhaps this is because she has not yet been dead the required period of time. Of course, Portland already has a Ramona Street, so perhaps the street name criteria stated in the video is not correct.
The person had to be dead for at least 5 years, yet the lady correcting Fred’s character suggested Steve Jobs... and he had only been dead for a year at the time of this episode being released.

Portland became a satire of a satire of itself, spiraling into insanity.
