I like this format... No talking, just captions
Absolutely love these videos. It's a different type of feeling that's conveyed... minimal talking and the camera's point of view makes it feel like I'm experiencing it with you. Nice. And soothing too somehow
So sudachi is basically Japanese limes. That drink looks so good. She should have slipped some vodka in there for you! 😂
Also, it like a treat to hear your voice in the videos since we barely hear you. You have a nice voice. But that’s what I like about your videos, minimal speaking and mostly background noise, its so soothing!
I like this style of video very much. Thanks for showing us around!
thanks - love seeing these places away from the hordes of tourists
Sudachi looks like Calamansi fruit in the Philippines. Its also sour. It sells $1 for 100 pcs. Used for making drinks like the one that you have.
Seems one lazy & peaceful summer day in Japan. Love this video. Thank you for sharing.
That sake bottle was incredible! Everything looks delicious! Thanks for sharing and for all your hard work even during the hottest days! Love u guys ❤️
I am traveling by watching these videos
Just returned from first trip to Tokyo few weeks ago. So I am really loving this new style. It gives good memories of food and scenery. I love Tabi eats too.
Local food yummie enjoy your meal stay safe 👍❤️🏵️😘
I love the video and I agree with you that people watching is so relaxing, I don't know why? Hahaha It was beautiful to enjoy this walk with you and look into the shops! Thank you and Enjoy your day!
Makes me wanna go to Japan immediately
Thank you for your beautiful videos 😊
Those senbei looked fantastic, I'd love to try them all
I want to move to Japan, so beautiful and I love all the great shops and places for food. I noticed this city has a lot of soft serve ice cream, so cool. 😎
Shinichi? From Tabi Eats? Is this your channel too? I like this format. Totally different vibe...👍😬
Yep it’s me! Thanks for coming over!
What a nice street. The soft serves look amazing, as do the puddings on the advertisement board :) Sudachi juice sounds so refreshing. I love lemonade (especially home made) so I think I would like the sudachi as well. Those zodiac masks above the IPhone cases are so adorable. I really want those, but they're probably expensive. Rice crackers and rusks are always good to take back home, they keep long and don't weigh much.
Where is everybody? It looks so empty. The drink looked very refreshing
Yes that drink look perfect for Summer, & that fruit was very interesting.
I love these videos! The format and presentation is different and somehow very relaxing while being so interesting. More please!!
Not a thing out of place and a spotless town !
These videos are more visually appealing to me cause you feel like you are actually there
Thanks for taking me along with you.
I love the video so much since i can't visit there so this is a good idea for us to see Japan..keep up and do more of this kind.
I always get hungry watching your vids!
Wow, Kotohira has a wealth of delicious food! The sudachi drink looked so refreshing!
The food as always looks delicious 😊💕💕
Yum that fruit soda looked so good I may have to copy her recipe I would have never thought to grate the rind that would have added so much flavor
Loved the video. Reminds me of rambalac’s walking vids
I love these videos. Thank you!
Shinichi,
I love seeing shopowners prepare food and beverages!
YUM!!
Seeing the mountain in the distance plus shops, items, makes me want to travel to Japan today!!
Keep up this great work!!
Satoshi!!
Is it just me, or is that Satoshi from TabiEats, occasionally walking ahead? I am enjoying the style of the video :)
Yep that’s him!
I love your travel logs 🥰
Oh how I’d love one of those shibori iPhone cases! Great video, really I love all your videos.
Another great job guys.
This was relaxing, must go back to.Kamakura. Today I visited Acropolis after 29ys&the selfie obsession ruined what used to be ppl just appreciating history&taking normal photos. Selfie mayhem&posing seems to take away from the beauty. Hence reflective&peaceful videos are appreciated. The content should be about a place, not us so thanks
As always, thank you. Sometime, will you take us for a walk in the rain? For some reason the scenery looks so majestic in the rain.
Am so jealous of you guys.
You showed amazing videos that I would love to go someday and to taste, travel, thank you!
Beautiful! All the charm of a miniature Kathmandu in Japan!!
What a charming town! I love the music playing in the background, it makes sound like you're walking through the set of a drama😊
Nice tour! Very relaxing.
I relax a lot by watching these videos. Would love to try the curry rusk, but they don't have it in Germany.
Hello l love going and eat at the locals spot they have decilicous good be safe.
Interesting, thanks for showing us. 👍😎
I smiled when I saw kimbo coffee :) deep-fried pizza is a specialty of Naples, Italy and it's incredibly good
The lime drink has lime that Mexicans call mexican lime and we also grow those citrus trees very easily.
I don't know why but at the end of your videos I always say ahhh...
Your videos are so relaxing and charming.
That rusk maybe is like 'bagelen' here in Indonesia..😁😁 nice video..👍👍
*I love watching a street food in japan. Would you mind reviewing more of it ?...*
Please explain Rusk twice baked bread! As a Japanese American, I have never heard of this. And I LOVE bread. :-)
I think the texture is similar to a hard crouton or a biscotti, if I'm not mistaken.
Rusks are very popular where I live but we only have sweet ones. I wish I could try a savoury one.
We also have a fruit(?) like that in the Philippines and it's often used in cooking, it's called calamansi.
I love calamansi
The pudding shop... I wants it...
Here in Indonesia, we also have the same kind of Sudachi called Jeruk Nipis.
So, remember not only in Japan 😉
The first time i get to see you and satoshi's face, im happy now ^_^
In the video its says ISTAGRAMMABLE. It should be INSTAGRAMMABLE. Hehehe.
❤️ the calamansi😍
The snacks look good too .
I had a trip to Japan planned for October but because of COVID-19 my plan had to be postponed....how sad:( For now I resort to watching these videos of Japan, thank you for making them. Hopefully I will make it there next year but after seeing all these food and shops, I know I will be in big trouble.....I want to try everything and buy everything once there.
3:34 looks like calamansi to me lol
wow - Japanese RUSKS look yummy - the European possibly Scandinavian rye rusk that used to be available in 🇨🇦 was nasty to a child - knew my Dad was trying to lose weight when rusks and Melba toast (skim milk & cottage cheese) appeared in the kitchen 🤣😂
Manju and mojito, yum :))
Before the shut down.
I want some of that sudachi juice!
Wow, those streets look so clean, no trash. America could learn from that.
Sadly, we can't. It needs to be taught at an early age to EVERYONE, and accepted part of culture for us.
Seeing your vlog feels like playing a VR
Is the sudachi a type of lime, like a local variant grown in Japan? I guess you got a type of limeade basically? The manju with white bean paste, does it taste pretty much like azuki, or is it different?
Yes sudachi is like lime. Slightly different flavor. White bean paste date different from Adzuki in my opinion. Much milder in taste
yo the sudachi looks like calamansi that is indeed very sour but i can eat it as it is without my face getting all squished up
Hope you're both well 👍
OW no now Iam hungry lol .
Oh dear lord...I want, no NEED some of that juice with soda NOW!😋
Weeps in thirsty.....🥰
So starbucks stole cool lime from Japan :)
2:20 so that's like a japanese Lime? Is it close to a lime or very different?
is funny that i search on google images what sudachi is, i can't believe it, that fruit is what we call lemon.
How similar is that juice to Kalamansi juice (Philippines)? I’m not from there but I have a friend who is
It’s very similar
What is the difference between that green fruit and the lemon?
Agua de limón en Japón.
Edit: No más le faltó la chía.
Dude did I just saw that guy from Tabi eats ???
Was that giant blue statue at the beginning supposed to be a Smurf? Also, are rusk like biscotti?
Rusks are like a softer version of biscotti. It’s also more airy than biscotti
is the first juice, calamansi?
Yes it is
we need a english subtitles pls🙏🏻
Rusk = twice baked bread
Is it similar to Biscotti? Or maybe croutons?
More similar to the texture of croutons
I Will Always Travel for Food very nice. I must add it to my growing list of must tries. 😊
Thank you
