I love the movement and how CLEAN the transitions are from the cycling to the market aisle, to the opening on the book shelf showing the lady in the book store. Wonderful, marvelous work! Truly inspiring whilst I'm studying filmmaking in college!
@@TenfoldProduction That's so awesome! I'd love to learn more about lighting setups for smaller crews (like 3 people) to achieve a professional, quality look and audio! Thanks so much Tenfold Team!!!
I was sucked in to this breakdown. So good! We need a full breakdown!! Loved the detail lighting explanation. Not many of those on UA-cam this transparent about what they’re doing. I’m super visual so the drawing really helped too. I appreciate it! Definitely subscribing. Helped me a lot
I always feel intimidated working with lighting as a DP. But listening to this video gives me a better understanding on what I need to know. Thanks again!n
Hmm this is so good I almost don’t want you to grow this channel so everyone will see it :) Nah but seriously, thanks for the time and effort, this was amazing, I’ll consider signing up for the course
Haha, thanks, means a lot! We’re trying our best to provide value to everyone. The course will end up being a real deep dive into everything we do top to bottom, with all of our tips and tricks.
It was a 3 day shoot because of all the setups and locations. We’ll be dropping a full length bts breakdown (30-45 minute) video where we talk about how we ran the production top to bottom. Keep an eye out for that.
Dude, I have been Directing for over 15 years and solo filming one man band for about 7 years and love your channel. I do not understand why you don't have over a 100K followers but I am sure you will soon... Keep it up! You give some great information.. Thanks! I really wish you could do some extensive tutorials on lighting and different in camera white balance and or color temperature ideas.. Like how to get that cold blue look or warm look when your lighting is different than what is "normal" or you want something to look like something it is not... Hope that makes sense. I have been filing for any years and sometimes get confused my self when filming indoors and want a tungsten looking light where practicals are I the scene but never 100% if I should try and match the color temperature or compensate for certain color temperatures in camera to match what the practicals are making or my key light which may not be the same...
Hello Tenfold, thanks again and again for this breakdown. Lovely stuff. I can't wait for the BTS of the "For You" shooting :) Quick question : how do you managed heigh loss when using Vario 5 Stabil and Easyrig / Easytilt ? I own the very same set up but I'm 5foot5 -5foot 6 (1m70) and it get's tricky some times. I've seen some crazy extention for the vario 5 but never found anything official. Thanks !

The women at the bookshelf final shot is beautiful. Ends the flow perfectly. Your consideration for every lighting nuance is admirable. Great work!
