It’s people that need to take responsibility for their own actions. We excuse the behavior and never give “consequences”… what are people expecting? Even countries with strict gun laws have illegal guns. Criminals will have them and sell them for huge profit. The majority of gun owners are responsible. To make them pay for a minority’s crime isn’t the solution. Having responsible parents raising responsible children who receive consequences- no matter the medical condition- for bad behavior is an answer. We also teach that breaking the law is justified. All the riots, shoplifting, gangs, drugs, taxpayer funded freebies, and excuses to break laws are part of the problem.

Again I don't even freak out over actual gunfire when it shouldn't be happening. Cause I know how to tell the difference between gunfire vs fireworks and vs gunfire that's near by but not a heavier immediate threat to me in my specific vicinity. It not my direct problem or flaw if others are not educated enough to know what it is that's goin on or that they speak of.
