Why does there need to be a description? if the suspects are white, they have a mental condition. If they're black or POC, they're thugs/gang members. That's the narrative you're waiting for, correct? Here's a thought: maybe some of the white shooters have been thugs, and some of the black shooters have been mentally ill. I'm saying this as a black woman from KCMO. the segregation and covert racism is real here, and the rest of the country. We should be praying for the hurt people, helping those that witnessed this tragedy with emotional support, and looking for ways to decrease the likelihood of this happening in the future. Not trying to play the race blame game.
