I am in Kansas City and have been following the coverage since the news was breaking. This is the FIRST piece I have watched that had the shooters cuffed and we can see them. Thank you KTLA for thorough reporting on this tragedy.
The guy in the red that was cuffed has been released. They determined he was an innocent bystander. The two kids being loaded into the paddy wagon we arrested for minor infractions unrelated to the shooting. The media has wiped all pictures and videos of the real shooters because they're minors. They had pictures of them but once they were announced as minors everyone wiped their pictures.

I was up there but got out of there around 30 minutes before it happened, I had family members and friends who stayed for the rally but they all made it out safe and sound. Prayers for all of KC hope all your family made it out safe.
I pray that Lisa Lopez Galvan rest in peace in heaven. It's horrific tragic events like this that keep me awake from big venues in large crowds. Because I always feel i'm just too paranoid and watching other people's actions and body language instead of doing what i'm supposed to be doing at that moment. It's horrible :/ I'm a huge 2A supporter but I've been becoming so disillusioned lately...On one hand, self defence with a gun saves more people than it kills...on the other you have mass shootings all the time. I don't think any laws other than the complete abolishion of 2A and cracking down on illegal markets would make this better....so I have no idea how to find a middle path on this issue.

Shooters looked to be two young Africa Americans that were having some sort of street beef. The apparently, opened fire on each other but, somehow, shot almost two dozen bystanders. I find it hard to believe that they shot that many people when it’s suggested that they meant to shoot each other. Something doesn’t add up.
