Real shit though BHs light kicks has stupid good range and combos into almost any anti-air into InferoxxHOD and the HP pig demons float around so long they screw a lot of folks regular strats in the air. Hes great thats why ive stuck with Watts even after it went out of style

With Blackheart came back. I feel like Dormamu kind of replaced him as the big bad evil guy in the cast, but they play pretty differently so you could justify having them both.
Blackheart was hard enough offline. His online buff made him much harder to fight.
Awesome Blackheart. There was a guy at my local arcade in the 90s in MSH vs SF who used Blackheart like this. Very hard to close the gap.

yes they do. If they released MvC2 everyone would just sit on that and not buy their new less good games! It's the same reason activision only released modern warfare 2 campaign remaster and not multiplayer.
Capcom too embarrassed to admit people want this more than any of the newer trash capcom tries to push off on FGC.
Capcom really cant do shit with any MVC games and IPs now that Disney owns marvel.

Blackheart is broken....? The whole vs/crossover games are broken, but are still fun to play and enjoy.
I got the most hatemail playing Blackheart back in the PS3 MvC2 days
You can still use ps3 pkgi to download it off the Sony networks but dont run it online with a PSN account that never purchased it or you'll catch a ban.

At FFA their was a guy named BlackHeartKing that man was hella sick. I never knew he was cheap until I saw BHK. But justin wong is OD too.
While i always hated Tier Lists in any game, MVC2 i feel is an example of Anyone can have great potential it just needs to have good synergy with other characters. I remember i wrote down i think it was 5 or so different teams but i loved Hayato personally.

In the mvc2 on FB, there’s a few BH players and one of them I use to play was BH prince. His BH team was SOOOO GOOD it was annoying/satisfying to play
I loved playing Blackheart when I used to play MvC2 back in the day. He's a cool character
Blackheart comes across as cheesy because he is forced to play the hop-around game because he can't dash in like most characters, which limits his options. If you Do get a launcher you can go lp->lk->AD->lk->lp->lk and after knockdown follow up with an aerial hp which circles around them, forcing them to block on wake-up.

It's why i say mvc1 is better than mvc2. mvc2 has a larger roster but far less viable characters. plus the ui and menu theme are so much better.
@@nybethobdilord6912 Balance doesnt always make a game good imo. MvC2 without a doubt is definitely a busted gamed but at the same time its still fun. But I can def see why you prefer mvc1 with those reasons being listed. I'd say there's more viable characters than people think.

People always complaining about "airtime" *while* a dozen Team Santhraxs or MSPs were on every other machine floating to the top right/left. Used Team Watts vs some chad who bullied some guys having a Low-Tier match w/ Mag/Ironman/Sent. Perfected him outta the chair at University Pinball in Philly. Brings back the feels! Many Thanks!

Megaman is good though and he could build meter for servbot to chip out half the cast. Its a hell of a lot more potential than half the cast that jumping heavy or ducking light while eating anti-airs

....see what happens when all you go for are those "pro" open-up-broken-combo-thingies, you forget the other moves certain characters have in their arsenal. Magneto could have done an arieal hyper-grav, or the overhead fireball two handed diagonal shot to slow down all of that jumping, or Cyclops could have done that angle optic blast,.....do not base your play around gimmicks, the master of gimmicks will make you EAT those errors. PEACE family of the fist.

@@cookieDaXapper Im a lifelong spidey fan but they nerfed him heavily every game p to MvsC2. Hes got terrible mobility cant normally combo into a super and has bad health. Hes terrible in MvsC2 but terrible in the same way like half the cast is

@@jwonggg I used to use Venom/Doom a lot in casual games way back. It was kinda busted for lower tier play but it made you appreciate higher tiers that could fight back against lp venom fang+Rocks

I liked the fact that I could link the Super combos starting with Blackheart and use all 5 bars and end up with Blackheart again in the end.
I used Blackheart for most of the round.
I love Venom, but Venom couldn't do much damage.
I wasn't so good with Sentinel, but most of the time I was able to finish off my opponent with Sentinel if they managed to beat Blackheart and Venom.
