Cam, I was a Farmer In Canterbury up until 1994, that was before the irrigation kicked in and the landscape changed for ever, my family farm was at Horrrelville and West eyreton, we had cropping and sheep farms and had irrigation on the crop area! my family exited in the late 80's and I went back to University in the early 90's Canterbury has seen huge change! most of which is due to water!
