My father once told me never to date a left handed girl/woman as we would be fighting for space at the dinner table. Watching Rachele and Luca at 3.35 was hilarious and adorable 😀😄😍🥰
Well it is somewhat similar to how the Scots eat Haggis. A very traditional dish of Scotland where they will use the stomach of a cow or sheep and basically insert all other organ meats plus whatever green you want to put in such as onion, spice, oatmeal etc and then cook it. The stomach of the animal obviously contain bile and juice of the inner lining and can be bitter.
This Chinese version is somewhat different in the sense it uses the semi-digested grass (pure green organic pasture) inside the cow of sheep stomach. The juice of this green pasture as you can imagine is actually very healthy full of anti-oxidant. Meat from Cow or sheep raised purely on green organic grass pasture is the best and very expensive. How this restaurant prepared the semi-digested grass is probably been passed down for generation and the way they cooked it bring out the nice taste and smell as Rachele has described. Interesting dish.

很多中国人也不敢吃,比如我。
We have a similar dish here in the Philippines called "papaitan" or literally [bittered] or [more bitter]; cow, sheep, goat or any kind of ruminant stew made of bile and organs with meat; lovely stuff but high in cholesterol, eat in moderation and is very good for children and beloved by drunks, a must at any party. Each place/region have their own version but most have ginger as a spice added; Ilocano regions in the north near Taiwan prefer theirs plainly bitter and use the bile soup as a gravy to dip meat while further south where I live, slightly sour and a little sweet in stew/soup form is preferred; glad to see similarities in culinary stuff between China and the Philippines, must have influenced one another or maybe because of a common ancient origin or it might be a "BaiYue" influence on both Han and Philippine Austronesians.

Very brave adventure foody, I do not think any other laoway dare to eat this. I think it is excellent diegetic food, as human can not eat and digest grass so the cow has done it for you in its primary stomach. The cook is an expert researcher.

In stead of using a blender to make a smoothie you use a cow. Rice is a type of grass, the soup is basically grass juice and the beef is from a cow who also eats grass. I don’t get why certain people are so picky. I literally know people who don’t any meat where they see the bone but these same people drink cow milk, chicken eggs, sausages, pate and etcetera.

in thailand, phillipine and vietnam, they have dishes that features using cow/lamb bile too, and taste great actually, some of the bile is actually the extract of the herb that they feed the cow before they slaughter it

In Nepal internal organs of goats, sheep,pigs but not cow are eaten specially by newari ethnic group but their is no grass soup in Nepal as far as I know. Happy to see you both Luca and Rachel 💙❤️💕.You give me positivity.

Organ meats are extremely nutritious and healthy but needed to be prepared properly. Not sure what is the reason to use the digested grass instead of regular grass. Perhaps it is because the fiber is already broken down by the cow stomach. This is not exactly cow dung but I probably would not be too anxious to try this out.
