Yes, pei dan (century egg) MUST be eaten wit a slice of pickle ginger or sliced onion. Then dip it in thick black soy sauce !! It is heavenly' taste !!! That's for us as CHINESE. !!

The best combination to eat century egg is with pork congee
We add a little bit of sugar on the egg instead of soya sauce and partner it with pickled ginger (Chinese pink colour ones)

至于茅台,其实想想五粮液为何并列最知名的白酒,就是因为很多中国人也喝不惯酱香型的白酒,浓香型更柔顺,适合国人口味。

哈哈哈,中国之黑暗料理。这个不光要放酱油啊,要1份(勺)生抽,3份镇江醋(一定要有醋配这个啊,酱油可以不要,醋是灵魂),再加点生姜丝或末点缀。
閩粵單吃皮蛋,需要搭配紅醋與甜薑片;不然就要配豆腐+醬油;或者是熬粥。才真是美味。雖然我也愛直接吃。

Try to slight fry the century eggs with garlic and then add Sichuan chili oil, will taste much much better.
