indonesia actually has a similar dessert like the indian apam, but we call it "kue apem/apem cake". But it's thicker compared to the indian one XD
Betawi has Kue Ape which looks so much more similar to Indian apam. Kue apem usually doesn't have the outer thin part but kue ape does.

Malaysia has 3 races, Malay, Chinese and Indian. Singapore has 4, Malay, Chinese, Indian and Eurasian. We have Eurasian food, Eurasian association. Really dislije when ppl asked me where do I from and think ang mo looking must be foreigner, yet Im an Eurasian.

Are the video encouraging people to eat organic food?
Based on the price of organic ingredient, the organic food is tasteless and not much sweetness and flavor.
Should use more approved industrial food chemical to enhance the taste and flavor of organic food.
Can eat more things into the body.
