    Done this on a beko washer/dryer the other day I got for free as they wanted rid of it and got a new one.
    it had damaged door seal so I replaced it so I could sell it which I did last night, but
    Never in my life have I had so much trouble getting on a door band as I did with the beko brand it felt way to small but I took it off so knew it had to go back on.
    Me and a friend with some thin screwdrivers stretched it and took the both of us to get it on.
    Will definitely invest in one of these tools next time.

      Glad I could help mate. Could you do me a favour and take part in a poll I've made about the lifespan of appliances? You just need to tick one of two boxes. It will only take about 10 seconds. This might help us improve how machines are made in the future😇
      Here's the poll question: www.youtube.com/@How-to-repair/community
      Also sharing will get more people to participate and we will have a greater impact with the manufacturers thank you for helping.

    Hi Paul, thank you for al the tips. I have a quick question, how do you level a washing machine after it's under kitchen worktop? there is no access to put a level on top.

    • @How-to-repair
      @How-to-repair  6 місяців тому +3

      You would make sure the floor is level first, if the floor is higher at the back than the front, you would adjust the machine befor you before you slide it in

      @@How-to-repair oh... I understand... But is there a pattern say most of the boards have ay the heater which is a two wire connector, the door lock would be a 3 wire connector etc? is there some hack to figure out which one is what in case we dont take a picture of it before disassembling?
