What is the chance of the golden eyes? Only seen 2 and been doing this for an hour. Is it just a rare occurrence at night. Swear I saw one at day too. Even checked the time after I killed it
For Anybody that killed the White Mask a second way to get there is by getting to the "Grand Lift of Rold" and using the "Halgitree Secret Medallion" to make the lift turn to the west side of the Mountaintop of Giant then make your way all the way to the West side next to a Giant Bear area and there will be a Teleporter just a little north to him that will send you there too closer to that site of grace..... You will get invaded by an npc when you get to the big bear area... just look up how to get the medallion...
I also forgot to say once you use the lift to go up you will spawn in a dungeon just take the left path where the big land Octopus is and thats the way out
I also want to add if you have a longbow you can hit the giant bird across the way to your left, shot a arrow and run away from the edge to make it run off the cliff to drop 11k runes, 13k if you have on the scarab and 17k if combined with the gold foot per run 😎✊
If you look across the grace checkpoint, you can see a bird below. Shoot at it once and it'll aggro and fall off the map for a quick 11k runes. Go back to grace to reset. 11k per 10 seconds without any fighting. Stock up on arrows though.
I love watching the game evolve like when the first great farming spot was in the very top of caelid, and now people have found this one which is considerably better. So useful for second characters.
Second character? Hah, I'm doing this on my first. Why? Cause it was rather frustrating doing the mandatory invasions and finding nothing but immature chodes who think overleveling/outgearing = skill.
Granted this is end-game, but for those looking to get a few levels before NG+ in addition to this farm, you can use the sacred relic sword and the ability has gigantic AOE so it'll kill everything down the path and you can just immediately rest. If you do this efficiently enough, it's around 10M/hour
Hands down the best farming spot. I jumped from level 90-120 in no time. 50K per run. Takes only a few moments. Thank you. I feel like I was super under level but not anymore.
I want to add in the fact once you invade someone, you can sever and leave after a few seconds and it will count as invading. You can do this without killing another player.
Thank you! I always feel either useless if I lose an invasion (because I pretty much am at PvP in Souls games) or - shall we say - "unclean" on the rare occasions I win, so just warping into someone's world, giving them a quick wave, and skedaddling is perfect for me.
If you struggle with the red enemies, once they target you stay near the edge, and if they do their spike spin roll towards them, and they will spin right off the ledge
Incase anyone doesn't know, this does stack with the Gold pickled fowl foot (very easy to craft) essentially giving you 17k each time the bird falls off the cliff instead of 13k
pretty new FS player, played through Sekiro last year and loved it and recently was gifted elden ring for christmas by a coworker. have really enjoyed it but after rennala i felt under leveled for everything and couldnt really move forward and wasnt attracted to just aimlessly wandering around, and didnt really wanna farm but this video is definitely the best one ive found. I love how they basically just let you take turns on them and if you end up dying, your runes are right there. went from level 48 to like 70 in an hour or two while doing stuff inbetween. feel like i can finally go ahead and progress now thanks!
Couple of things: 1. I think you can get the bloody fingers choosing either options. 2. There's an easier way to get the maiden's blood. You can teleport to the starting point of the game, beat the starting boss and there's a maiden in that church. The teleport is at the hill there there are 4 towers, 3 with teleport portals and one has the chest with an stone key in it. Unlock the one most up the hill of the 3, and it teleports you to the starting point of the game.
starscourge greatsword is amazing for this farm. you can clear the entire area in less than a min spamming its weapon skill then quickly fast traveling back (if you arent using the Gold-Pickled Fowl Foot) edit: tested and timed it, took about 45 secs.
Already mentioned in the replies, but just in case. For bird only, go to the first bald enemy sitting near ledge and shoot from there. Once arrow hit the bird, run backwards immediately until you hit the wall. Seems bird fall pretty consistently
Once I actually get to the grinding zone I'm going to use this to level up all the other weapons I want to try until I find 3 that I want to main in NG+. This looks mad helpful.
Hey when you get to this spot equip a bow... to the left across the chasm from the site of grace is a big bird thing... hold L1 to shoot from first person... hit the bird it will run off a cliff. With the gold scarab it gives me like 13 k every time... in like 10 seconds. Same spot...as in the video just look to the left and down across the chasm and shoot it... its insane
You get more than 40k runes if the enemies with the red eyes spawn...you can get multiple red eyes to spawn sometimes and they give you 12k runes each.
I like to roleplay with my characters, builds, appearance, fasion and how the interact with other npcs some are good, neutral and evil, but I’m glad I don’t have to do anything crazy evil to get to this location it doesn’t ruin my experience of roleplaying.

Iv been farming a similar spot , the site of grace next to the blood lord boss in that area.. run over to the altar and use the tears to have infinite for for 10 seconds mixed with the double meteor spell , this works for me as I got about 70 int , takes less than a minute and is about 20k ,or do the same thing in the spot you showed but the meteors would miss alot , still worth alot of runes though

This farm area is crazy been using it for a moment basically use scarab and I also use golden foot sometimes and kill everybody with dragon breath of choice for faster clear easy 60-70k
What level is your faith/arcane for you to easily clear it? I’m 36 faith and 13 arcane at the moment but I do not have the dragon communion seal and I’m planning on getting it
@@miketennisballs3903 when I started farming I had 25 Faith and Arcane now 36 on both so that I could do any Dragon skills I want. They strong but Dragon spells are just FP Hungry and stronger if you use the named variants like Ekzykes decay instead of normal Rotten breath

Well, pretty good spot, I suggest using the Icerind Hatchet's weapon skill. Try this weapon, you will find out what I mean. Great guide mate, I like your presentation more.
Tip: On the red dudes stand close to the cliffside and jump when they roll with spikes, they will fall to their death and for some reason their move will not hurt you. This makes things easier for people that are early game, as the ones that are sleeping will not wake up if using melee.

I went to go retrieve my body and I got 1 shot by an NPC invader. Be really careful in this area. The enemies are insanely strong even with amazing gear
@@nicolasgarcia253 after killing Rahdahn, unlock the grace site on the beach. to the north of the beach is a catacomb. inside the catacomb enemies are fighting other enemies over and over and over, respawning all the while. thats the AFK dungeon farm
If you use the Sacred Relic Sword you can oneshot almost all of the enemies on the hill and instantly reset making it around 10mill+ runes per hour only problem with this is that its post end game
For melee I think just killing the bird over and over again is more efficient time-wise than killing all the “enemies” every run. Or you could kill the bird and 3 or 4 of the guys close by then to save and you won’t have to deal with the armoured guys at all. I don’t know if it’s worth spending the time to get the scarab if you don’t already have it.

After doing this for a bit I figured out Radahns Greatsword is fantastic for this. If you use your special twice right after another is will do a stronger AOE and kill all of them. I can get 5-6 at a time this way, drink a mana pot then do it again and reset. This way you don't have to fight the red ones.
Also to note doing this will give your character red eyes, I had the dragon one and lost them. I'm kinda sad because I was going for a dragon looking character but oh well. You can also turn off the eye alteration at the mirror that's in Fia's room.
@@daiohmaou4874 there is actually an npc that helps with to get a secret ending but again doing other npc questlines wont affect said character just keep your eyes open and enjoy the game
It's part of one of the three endings, but as long as you don't accept anything from the Three Fingers you're gucci for the vanilla ending or Age of Stars ending. If you DO accept the thing from the Three Fingers, you just need to complete the Millicent quest line and beat the boss in Farum Azula to cleanse the taint.
The part where you have to fight the invader, while also being stricken with madness is the most infuriating thing I've encountered in this game so far. Almost put my controller through my tv
You can rush up the tower where these villagers are doing the madness orb thing. Just gotta beware of the rats. Once you kill the villagers, it's gone permanently.
That area on the way to the church of inhibition there’s a frenzied tower to the north that causes the madness build up, get to the top and kill the enemies there and it’ll stop permanently

the madness buildup is caused by the clerics in a nearby tower if you kill them it stops the spell and they don't respawn

My man 👍. Thx for this, i was stuck using the Boulder farming method in lennes rise for a while now and this farm spot is way better.

2 minutes is a long time
If you use the sword you get for the last boss you can clear all the area with a single special attack. Within 5 seconds each time.

I don't think you need to run at all, the bird just runs off the map trying to go after you. Sorry if I understood that wrong

note: sometimes the bird backs up, get parallel with the dead body hanging off the ledge across the gap and it'll fall everytime you don't have to run

You get about 60k with the golden scarab

As someone else said, Hoarfrost Stomp is perfect for this. If you rush for the Icerind Hatchet, you don't need the ability.
Do you need to upgrade the weapon for it to do decent damage though?

In the equipment menu if you just press back, select "Explanation" and it will tell you everything you need to know.

You're a lord for this. By the time I learned about the scarab beetle I was strong enough to beat the bosses by just pummeling them.
There's so many farming spots in this game, this one takes some effort though, seems worth it.

I would highly recommend learning Flame, Cleanse Me for the gold scarab dungeon. it cures both scarlet rot and poison, and it only requires 12 faith

If you're struggling against the invader run past him and light the bonfire, grace thing it makes it easier to challenge him later

Use the sword you get from the final boss at the top of the hill, use the weapon art and you'll kill almost all of the enemies in one button press.

Also you can shoot the bird across the way for 13k and is much easier. If you do it at night you have a chance of getting 66k at a time

If you use the Sacred Relic Sword you can oneshot almost all of the enemies on the hill and instantly reset making it around 10mill+ runes per hour only problem with this is that its post end game

For melee I think just killing the bird over and over again is more efficient time-wise than killing all the “enemies” every run.
Or you could kill the bird and 3 or 4 of the guys close by then to save and you won’t have to deal with the armoured guys at all.
I don’t know if it’s worth spending the time to get the scarab if you don’t already have it.
It's a flat 20% boost, so if you can handle the dungeon then *absolutely*

After doing this for a bit I figured out Radahns Greatsword is fantastic for this. If you use your special twice right after another is will do a stronger AOE and kill all of them.
I can get 5-6 at a time this way, drink a mana pot then do it again and reset. This way you don't have to fight the red ones.
You don't have to kill the invading npc, you can just run by him to the maiden.

Also to note doing this will give your character red eyes, I had the dragon one and lost them. I'm kinda sad because I was going for a dragon looking character but oh well. You can also turn off the eye alteration at the mirror that's in Fia's room.

@@raybivonaxd not sure what the guy was using, but I believe these enemies are very weak to magic. So try that if you haven’t
@@raybivonaxd I'm a dex build with a +18 weapon that kills them in 2 hits.
I'm running a dex/mage build both my weapons were the meteoric ore blade and the moon veil katana both at +4

My main concern is does doing White Masks quest lock you from some endings, or can you still get any ending after reaching the farming location?
Dont worry doing npc questlines wont lock you in anyway from getting the endings

@@daiohmaou4874 there is actually an npc that helps with to get a secret ending but again doing other npc questlines wont affect said character just keep your eyes open and enjoy the game
It's part of one of the three endings, but as long as you don't accept anything from the Three Fingers you're gucci for the vanilla ending or Age of Stars ending. If you DO accept the thing from the Three Fingers, you just need to complete the Millicent quest line and beat the boss in Farum Azula to cleanse the taint.

The part where you have to fight the invader, while also being stricken with madness is the most infuriating thing I've encountered in this game so far. Almost put my controller through my tv

You can rush up the tower where these villagers are doing the madness orb thing. Just gotta beware of the rats. Once you kill the villagers, it's gone permanently.

you can run past the invader, take the grace in the church and respawn there. you don't need to kill it, good job though

After defeating the final boss and doing everything you can to be as efficient as possible this method gives 91k runes each time
how u getting 91k? i’ve got scarab on and getting around 60k
guys... farm the bird to the left, with the gild scarab and gold foul foot, it gives you 17k its very easy to do and less time consuming

That area on the way to the church of inhibition there’s a frenzied tower to the north that causes the madness build up, get to the top and kill the enemies there and it’ll stop permanently
Don't stop the frenzied tower yet if you still doesn't kill the npc invader, because it will make him not invade you if you stop the tower

I think you have to meet the fingers, which requires that you restore Godrics rune. Hopefully those things will get him to move
@@gregcugier6345 you don’t even have to restore the rune. You just have to return to the round table after killing Godrick and the door will be open

Go to the Church of Vows and speak with the Turtle. He'll explain how to reset NPC aggression and death.
