This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. These illegal businesses use our tax payer equipment, desks, lights, telephones, cop man power and in many cases double bill the city and bill the paying customer that needs the private security services. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! The Chief of police needs a bad cop to work an illegal private security business. It's a kind of brotherhood. " Hay bro we have something on each other", a mutual agreement. Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. An alcoholic cop may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you? The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with corrupt judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol and not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. Many of these guys are void of empathy and murder people without a second thought. We the People need to enforce the Constitutional Law.

There used to be a time where Police would tackle a person with a Firearm & even a Knife, when possible. These tactics all changed after 9/11 when IDF began training US Police departments all over America. This is where the start of Military Style assault operations began with Police in America. Also the concept of Police "making it home to their families" & ".. For MY Safety" came into play... Although, Police signed up to work under such dangers & knew that Citizenry was the point of the job, back then. Some Politicians up top decided to bring in the IDF & their Assaultive, Oppressive tactics used over there, into America. Ever since, more Americans have been dying senselessly instead of being Arrested.

Lawyers who run youtube channels like this are critical to justice and accountability.
I can't judge your laws or what is right or wrong in every instance (especially in this instance where the victim had a gun), I can tell you as a warning from watching many videos, being a Canadian; if you allow police to lie without consequences they will expand their purview and you will have covert operatives in the lives of your citizens from the cradle to the grave. This is a key "feature" of the Canadian system and some in Europe, it is why these nations fail to innovate and why so many emigrate to America. Do NOT become like us.
Police need to be transparent and completely honest. If not, you will have what we have in Canada, "kids creating trouble as kids in order to secure their career in the police years later". As creepy as this sounds, believe this.

I remember a high ranking police officer during the Michael Brown police shooting the police lied and misled the public they showed the clip of Michael taking a box of those little cigars and implied he committed robbery. The police didn't show that he bought those cigars the night before and the attendant told him he would hold it for him until the next day because Michael was going somewhere else and didn't want to carry the box with him. The police didn't release the first part of the video just the last part where he goes to get them back. That's why the store owner said he didn't steal anything. Not because he was afraid of getting looted. I still hear people saying Michael committed robbery before he was gunned down.

Also, the body cams were facing a different direction so those investigating couldn't see and were going by what the officers said in their reports and what a "witness" told them. It was after the presser that the neighbor put the video of the surveillance footage online where it clearly showed he did not raise the weapon and that's when the department saw it the first time along with the public!

The department agreed to reimburse Brailsford for medical expenses related to his post-traumatic stress disorder -- the result of his shooting of Shaver and the resultant criminal trial. The reinstatement allowed Brailsford to apply for "accidental disability" experienced during the course of work. As a result, Brailsford was unanimously approved to be retired on medical grounds. Yeep, like the guy in a dispute with a druggie neighbor, druggie called cops, Guy opens door expecting the druggie neighbor so he had a knife.
Police shouts drop the knife, guy turns around, walks a step from the door (further into his apartment), puts the knife really high up on a shelf, returns to the door.
Police now uses extreme force, slams him to the ground I think, Guy passes out... Police walks into his apartment and retrives the knife, puts it on the floor where the "action" took place.
They manufacture a scene to justify violence, this not "an isolated incident", this what the unchecked empowered cops do - escalate, overdo, manufacture a worse crime, then profit! Become "the heroes" that "saves" the community.

After that what was their first priority ? Finding out who I was which took less than 24 hrs then come door knocking to intimidate & let me know they know it was me.
