1LB Frozen ground turkey, unthawed (may substitute with ground beef)
1/2T Garlic salt
1T Onion powder
1T Garlic powder
1/2T Crushed red peppers
1/2T Italian seasoning
1/2T Basil
1T Pepper
2 Garlic cloves
8oz Spaghetti
16oz Pasta sauce
2c Mixed veggies (assorted peppers and onions)
*** Season spaghetti to your satisfaction
***Keep pasta in cold water to prevent them from sticking together and not overcooking
