😊 I used rice flour for confectionary !haha. and I didn't notice something different of dough before baking. Of course I let the dough for a day in refrigerator. hmm Same situation is going on when Im plain cookies. not only for your recipe. @@merry56300 I did a little research on the cause of cracks and found that cracks occur if all the ingredients are not mixed well🥲That's difficult💦FYI!
