Good luck with the selling of the house. May I ask what makes you sell this one and not the other? On video it seems like this has an easier to maintain garden and some lovely fruit trees
Thank you Inge. We change our minds like the wind! The garden is definitely more manageable however I prefer our current village for Hudson as it has a playback and river we can walk to. As I don't drive it's important to me that I can do things with Hudson without relying on a car..I still love our current home and garden and feel we're closer to a home with that one as he's growing..😊
SAD, I've watched ALL your vids on this building & learnt a bit about Bulgarian older homes.
I hope you sell quickly & make your price & recoup some of those costs for material outlay.

If you guys decide to tackle the language, be warned that it is a tall mountain to climb to ‘crack the code’… You need to have strong motivation discipline, patience, stamina, perseverance…

Hi June, the nearest neighbour is approximately 100 metres. The house is surrounded by land with no houses, just fields/forestry.
All airports are a similar distance, approximately 3 hours by car 👍
