Some people 🫣 you'd lose all the character and charm of you got rid of too much. It's more of a case of reconfiguring to better suit what you need and trying to make it as sound as possible in the process. I think turning the rafters like you are planning on the gate side will help you extend the corner and stop some of the challenges of dropping down too many times.👍❤️

If you build a pond you could use the wall you create for the terrace and create a little waterfall circulating the water. It's a great sound for your relaxing spot. I would never have gotten that far without fetching my fags lol. 😂

I'm in love with one of the houses Lee did a video on, it's next to a river on one side, right up against it and the drive leads into a covered area for the car. He explained that you could remove the extension of the roof that had been fitted. I'm sure that will make you realise which one I mean. If I was ready I would buy it, I will be checking when I am ready and I'll get in touch. 👍❤️
