I bought a Q Follow (36 holes battery) a year ago and can't live without it anymore. I must've used it more than 50x already. When I use the remote control to make the cart turn, one of the wheel brakes which the other keeps rolling. This creates a jerky turning sensation. Are you working on a way to smoothen out the turns and can exisitng models like mine be upgraded with a software upgrade?
It's great to hear that you're loving your Q Follow! We are always working on ways to improve the technology within our trolleys, however we have no confirmation as to when a new model will be released, or whether older models can be upgraded, at this stage.
I am a Dutch golfer a I plan to buy a Q Follow but I have a question. When I wear the remote control under my jacket or sweater does it still work ? Or should the trolley also " see" the remote control.
Hi Pieter, there should be no issues with wearing the handset/remote control under your jacket. Often, golfers will keep the remote inside a pocket with no issues, so this is no different to wearing it under an item of clothing
Wish they work as flawless as advertised. The follow me feature does not work when 2 carts are with 30-40 feet of each other. We gave-up trying to use it when we use both our follow q-follows at the same time. And now my remote has some none functioning buttons. And support has no replacement parts. So screwed either way.
When using multiple Follow trolleys we recommend maintaining a distance of 5 meters (16 feet) to avoid any interference between the Follow zones, however in reality this is closer to 2 meters (6.5 feet) - see 1:39 in the video above. Due to global supply chain issues, some of our parts are in short supply. Please request to be placed on our waiting list so that we can contact you as soon as new parts become available.
Nice, I just ordered mine and looking to play Aguila as well. Great video.
