Arturia BeatStep Controlling Behringer TD-3 and Volca Sample [2022-05-09]

We've got here the old Arturia BeatStep controlling the Behringer TD-3 and Korg Volca Sample. It's really just doing the sequencing, and along the way we are enabling and disabling steps, and that's pretty much the basis of this one. Turning steps on and off and seeing what it all sounds like. It's a fun time for sure. Step, step, don't step, skip a step. Repeat. Continue. Stop.

Does the beatstep need the special Retro kits midi cable for the Volca Sample? Needing to replace my beatstep pro unfortunately

Thanks for posting this vid. I have just got a Beatstep to use with my TD3. I can get sounds in controller mode, but nothing plays in sequencer mode. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong? Thank you.
