What is the advantages of wok when comparing to frying pen? I think that having something to grab on is a lot easier. No such thing as korean fried rice. It's just egg fired rice. Fried rice is a Chinese dish anyways. The rest of asia just cooks it as well. And by the looks of it there's no much difference in preparation.

Sometimes if I put the egg later, I would add a little bit more oil just so the rice won't be too dry. But, I don't know. Maybe we can use a little less oil too :)

This is literally a Chinese style dish. Korean food doesn’t have this much oil in it. It uses way less oil than western countries or other asian countries like China
