I can’t live with the entire Olaplex line! It’s the only hair product that’s truly made a huge difference in my hair! I know it’s pricey but you use such a small amount (including with the shampoo and conditioner) that it really lasts a long time. I heat style my hair and most products just cover up the damage Olaplex actually repairs it which is incredible

I started my curl journey at the beginning of the pandemic as well. My hair has literally a 180* change. It’s so much better and it’s a journey of trying products and techniques to see what works best. Your hair is looking incredible! Keep up the fight! And it is if you’re a curly girl. 😂💜

My hair was down almost to my waist band, and it was one of the only things i truly liked about my appearance. I am 48, and i had been growing out my gray and embracing my curls. (It started in March 2020 with lockdown; like you, i had really started loving my natural hair, so i felt it was a blessing in disguise.) Fast forward to last August, and we moved across the country to a very tiny town because of my husband's promotion. I needed a trim just to get the dead ends off, and i needed the bottom half of my hair toned because the old colored ends fade to a warm tone that clashes with my natural black/gray. Anyway, i finally got an appointment (there are VERY few resources in this town of 3500 people), and told her that the shortest i wanted to go was the band of my bra, and to just tone the ends. I walked out with all over color (she claims it's temporary), and she cut it to just past my collar bones. I sat in my truck afterwards and cried for about 10 minutes before driving home, and then i cried off and on for a few days after that. I am devastated, and i cannot look in the mirror without feeling sick. I completely understand that feeling of all of your beauty and self confidence being wrapped up in one or two features, and how crushing it is to have that suddenly gone.

Olaplex doesn’t work for me. Extensions left me with bald spots too, took them out during the pandemic as well. I was waiting for this video Nicole!
The only olaplex that works for me is the in salon products! But I do love their no. 7 bonding oil!!

I remember watching your IG stories (I think) when you guys were bleaching the blue out of your hair and I was so worried I wanted to scream through the screen. I feel like it really struggled since then until recently! It has come back to life!! I'm glad it got healthy enough to do a lil bleachy bleach again because I really love blonde on you. I too have thin and fine hair. Hydration is so so important for us :)
I would love to see, like, a curly hair series where you try other people's curly routines. Like I think the bowl method would work so well with your hair!

I would suggest you watch manes by mell! Nicol actually did a video with her and got a lot of tips from Mell. She is amazing and knowa so much!!
So many people don’t understand extensions are nice for the time but they cause damage! I had tape ins and my hair is so thin now!!
I love the olaplex line it’s changed my hair so much! Girl the people who speak about your hair are just insecure themselves because they couldn’t say anything else to you! Oh hey I wasn't expecting to relate to this video much since i have 2ft long straight hair, but i use the same serum!!! My hair colorist has noticed new growth at my temples even when I didn't see it at first 🥰 I do it twice a week after i wash my hair, and every few washes I use the Kiehls like magic scalp serum oil before washing, it's great

Only people that say "Extensions don't damage your hair" are hairstylists and people that sell the extensions!! .. i stopped wearing them because they pulled my hair out. Try using microneedling, I used every topical and nothing worked until I started microneedling 1-2xs a week. It made a hugeeee difference. About 80% of my hair grew back and is still growing in.

I rarely use heat only when my braider or weave lady does my hair so 2x a year. I just redyed my hair red and shaved my head. Silk or satin are good as long as it's not cotton. Glad to have you join the bonnet life.

Your curls are similar to mine, and they’ve gotten so healthy and beautiful!!! I wish I could use Vegamour :( I have a few bald spots but I sadly get allergic reactions to anything with essential oils or fragrance so I can’t use it. Ask them to make one essential oil and fragrance free for meeeee 😂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Thanks for sharing your routine, your hair is so similar to mine it’s really valuable to have a guide! Looks great, I love the middle part and the color is lovely. One question - what’s the reason for using the air dry cream and then a curl cream as well? I usually use a curl enhancer and then a curl mousse, but don’t do a leave-in before that and wonder if I should. Thanks!

I also used vegamour it helped me so much with my bald spots I had it was really stressful for cuz I had to comb my certain way so you couldn't see the bald spot specially cuz it was really noticeable n I did used extentions but the clip ins ones to help me stress less. Stress can also contribute to hair loss n trust me is hard to not stress when you got bald spots here and there but like Nicole said stick to it n be patient to see results. I got results pretty fast cuz literally you were able to see my skull so I was able to see when the new hair was growing in. Right now I'm not using it as often but because I have a new born n I hardly have time but you bet I'll get back to it cuz I want to be ready for postpartum hair loss

Hello I have been wanting to try this product but I wanted to know how I would apply it if I don’t wash my hair often. I wash my hair twice a week and I’m wondering if I apply this over and over during the week if it will clog my pores and be worse. Thank you
Olaplex did my hair dirtyyyy!!! My hair was falling out way more. I changed to kerastase shampoo and conditioner and I noticed a huge change in the amount of hair that was falling out
I wish my hair was curly, but I do have fine and thin hair like you do. It would be so great if I could get it to hold a curl. But my hair will not hold anything at all.

I have alopecia from a sulfate sensitivity and my hair has been thin and patchy on my crown for the last 10 years and I'm in my 30s now. Our hair issues look very similar and I also have naturally curly hair. I've been told that the only way to fill in my hair is surgery so at this point I'll try just about anything.

OMGOSH PEOPLE YES please don't have chemical bond extentions. I couldn't was my hair properly. And after 2 weeks I wanted them out. The hairdresser took them out and the amount of hair that came out was horried amd I already have thin and fragile hair. Regretted it completely.

Hey!!! I only put about a droppers worth in and I do it usually at night!!! That way it has time to try when I sleep. It’s not an oily product like castor oil!!!!
