Brilliant videos as always and I've implemented the builds into my hospitals. Tweaking things here and there. I've found by lowering all your diagnostics to -80%, I can increase all treatments to +100% and not had any refusals as yet.
I wish it was easier to set, like the modify all being able to toggle diagnosis and treatment. That and setting someone to one job is a pain. There should be a control click or something the job to only the one selected. (If there's already a way, I'd love to learn)
Love your TPH Videos, the Ward really helped me in endgame, would have been nice to have a little showcase at the end of the video to display overall patient happiness and its effects. Just a suggestion ^^ .
One thing that helps alot found in live stream is the fast track and you may increase diagonsis threshold closer to 100% to balance the fast track. Thanks pinstar
@genabenabobena yep say the default is 85%? Then say a general diagonsis gets it above 85 the patient will immediately go to treatment instead of lining up the gp.
Your tips on the game definitely help out a lot I’ve been trying to put a lot of snack machines to make up what I wasn’t making in treatment I’ve tried raising it about 10% and I had some customers refuse to pay maybe they waited too long I’m still kinda learning the game but I’ll definitely try this out
So I'm on the rich Map now. Mostly all my illness is past 50% difficulty and even at 80% extra price my patients are currently not less than 74% happiness. Should I gouge them for more? In 2PH do patients return with illness plus same happiness as they left?
There are two harmful things that come from high treatment prices: The risk of the patient not paying and the decrease of your 'Price reputation'. The former can be controlled by making your patients happy up until treatment as a happy patient will never refuse to pay if their post -treatment happiness remains high enough. The latter simply reduces your number of incoming patients but can be counteracted by the steep discount on your diagnosis, a high cure rate and marketing. The only reason I suggest 50% is that higher than that may cause some payment refusals once your hospital gets larger unless you agressively manage patient happiness which can be hard when the volume gets higher and diseases get harder.
@@Pinstar Do you have any tips and maybe a new video on how to upgrade into a larger hospital ? Is receptions and GP's useful in other buildings. Is doubling existing treatments into other plots better than something new that the patients have not diagonised been for?
@@Pinstar I've been playing with 50% prices in a 90% and above in every other hospital stat. I've noticed everytime someone pays for my treatment I'm getting -1 or -2 reputation. I'm currently at 57% hospital rep from 90% it just suddenly dramatically started dropping
Great video. Where you have released a new video to update advice on old videos, you should update the old video with an in-video link to the new one. We get the latest advice without searching through everything, you get more views on more videos, everybody is happy. :)
Correct. There is no 'comfort' stat on patients so making them stand does not cause them to be unhappy. Benches take up valuable floor and hallway space and cause patients to take longer to enter rooms due to the animation of them getting up from a bench and walking over to the door. If they can't sit, they'll stand near the door which means they'll get in quicker.
@@Pinstar Thank you for the response! I just watched a ton of these two-point videos after failing with Tumble the first go-round. Thank you for these great videos! Subbed.
This tip literally saved my game play, I went from in debt with all loans to nearly 1 mil in the bank and no loans in half an hour. It's a miracle.

I'm pretty sure I've seen every video in the playlist by now. You're pretty smart and well spoken. Keep up the good work bro
I just go 100% with high marketing. I found that if you hit 99 reputation, it never goes down again.
I find price gorging those emergency patients often works well
Please make more videos of two point you're the really only one great two point UA-camr.
Search pinstar playlist two point hospital. He has a bunch of old videos for designing the hospital
@@Rap1dACE oh yeah those are some really good and informative for a newbie like me and i have seen them all.

@genabenabobena depends what you set it to, it's in the policies menu

Really like these video's, helping me out on the PS4

More in-depth tips, possibly some digging into the interface and how those changes effect downstream....
I just put everything at 100% and forget about it.
This needs redoing. Updates have made this abit inaccurate. Not completely useless but not right either.
Thanks for the videos helps on ps4. Can you do a pans lab and clown room set-ups? Thanks again
When i look at adjustable prices i can see diagnosis but not treatment facilities. How do i get them to show to adjust them?
So I never see benches in you hospitals, are they not needed?

This is really smart but I’m probably gonna keep benches to be more lore friendly the rooms are already ugly with your efficiency 😂

Lol who is going broke in this stupidly easy game? :)
