There’s lots of stuff I find satisfying, even if it’s not an actual interest otherwise 😊 e.g. sometimes I love watching videos of people turning stuff on lathes but have zero interest in woodworking myself.
Thank you so much, it really helped me because I really want to impress my friends with it but I just couldn't find the right video until I saw this one, it's amazing thank you and your pony is adorable btw xx
This video is so helpful😊 What do you do with the last bit of mane that isn’t plaited? Is there any plait you recommend as I don’t want to leave it down
Whenever i do a running braid, pieces almost immediately start falling out :( doesnt matter if the mane is short or long, or whether i keep it tight to the root or let it slope down the neck. I dont really know what im doing wrong because im doing it exactly as you do in the video but it still always comes undone within a day. Any tips?
now i wanna visit the lesson horse i ride the day before my lesson to braid his mane and hope it will stay braided, so the mane won't get under the saddle, and so he can be a bit cooler
Sure, but I would do it loose. Since your horse will be going into full extension it might look sloppy if you do it close to the crest and then it pulls loose.
This horse's silvery mane is simply stunning. Beautiful horse!
Thank you! It has greyed out a bit since then. Here is a more recent video ua-cam.com/video/M0MXaX15VcQ/v-deo.html
Parabéns
After looking at several videos, yours is the first one to slow it down and show me exactly what I needed to know. Great job. Thanks so much!

Idk if I am being weird but I find people braiding horses very satisfying.

I have watched a number of these tutorials and yours is the only one that was clear enough for me to do it myself! super thank you!
Glad to hear it! You're welcome!

What color is he? He beautiful!
Thanks! He's gray, which is a super vague term. He was born black and will turn white, but his papers say gray :)
Ah, ok thanks!
Thanks I’ll try it next time I’m there
You're welcome, good luck!

Good, I'm glad you liked it! You could roll it into a pinwheel or fold it over kind of like a bun and secure it with a band or thread :)
This really helped me! I'm doing a show today and i want Peanut to have a fancy mane style :)
Edit: i came 4th :)
thanks my sister has done it bun i never knew how so thanks
You're very welcome!
I just learned how to French braid the tail. I have been just braiding the mane in little sections! Need something new!
Thank you!!!

Do you think that this running braid would be good for a barrel racing horse?
Sure, but I would do it loose. Since your horse will be going into full extension it might look sloppy if you do it close to the crest and then it pulls loose.
@@ShadeTreeStables ok thanks
@@calie7013 you're welcome!
Huh...guess I braid backwards 🤦♀️ but I learned the other way and did it!
As long as it works!
How do you keep it higher to the neck?
Just keep pulling it tight towards the roots. If it starts to angle down, it will continue to drape lower and lower as you go. I hope that helps :)
Śliczny koń A boli jak zaplatasz warkocze koniu czy nie XD
