You need to wait for 1 year if you have accepted offer letter from TCS and not joined.

Hii bro same problem I have accepted both offer and joining letters of tcs but got an update from IBM recently now I'm in dilemma will there be any legal action taken on me. I did not get offer from IBM yet but received a call about joining date and the HR are so supportive called me many times and directed me about formalities in IBM. I accepted tcs in a hurry but did not submit the signed documents in portal for virtual onboarding. Also the location is far from me what should I do??
