HR discussion hua tab bola X amount which was 30% hike itne , par if agree I can proceed right now and then after 2 week I can give you only Y amount which was 50k extra from my base, and always the frst question for HR are whats your expectations and after interview they dont have budget
I am working is service based only as Data Scientist but digital profile se i have got good hike and if same tcs mae apply kro to prime wali salary milne chyie thi with 4 years of experience but tcs and most service based are becoming worse in this market 30-40% bhi budget nhi hai
Anyway I got 60% hike in good mid level mnc for gen ai data scientist position

Okay maybe companies giving starting salary as less is not an issue as they are giving us the first chance.. but issue starts when they put you in old legacy technology or support project and even after completing 2 years they will not change the project to your desired technology or good project. .this is what the issue is...
