Just finished and absolutely loved this workout - the time went so quickly. Yesterday was tougher - leg days always are for me. Superb colour of Caroline's outfit and the flowers of course. So much attention to detail and I really appreciate all the time and effort that goes into producing these programmes.
I agree the y'day's leg workout killed mee.. my legs are still sore... Today's workout was soo engaging. I found myself yelling 'Haa' 'Oohh' 'Yaaa' 'Bhadra you can do it', and all of that screaming actually helped me further 😂 😂 So grateful to Caroline for designing such a badass program, much love ❤️❤️

I really appreciate the movements using a different weight being grouped together, because I only have a pair of changeable weights and it makes it so much easier to only have to change them over once a workout! Day two here we come 😆
This must be the killer upper body workout that Caroline mentioned in her QandA video! It certainly looks like a killer...all our favourite upper body exercises are here and plenty of push ups mixed in throughout! I can’t wait to do it! I love the combination of dumbell exercises with variations of push ups, makes the workout much more interesting and felling the burn in all upper body muscles. It was pure joy to end this workout and push myself to the end, i'm pretty sure that is my fav upper body workouts from all of CG epics.

I absolutely loved leg workout yesterday.. It was fun doing it even though intense.. Can't wait to do this upper body workout today.. Je n'ai jamais fait un programme Epic au complet, seulement des vidéos par ci par là selon les groupes de muscles que je voulais travailler, mais ça fait un petit moment que je la suiset elle est incroyable alors je vais tenter l'expérience de suivre un programme en entier! Bon succès! 👍😁

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you…Philippians 1:3…what a treasure you are! I love the new countdown beeps! 2 beeps instead of 3 probably gives me like a full extra minute of active work during a session 😂 So incredibly excited!!
What I’m loving about this series is how slow and controlled all the movements are. Caroline does everything at a sustainable pace. At first I thought, shoot, I can do this faster….boy that was a mistake! Caroline’s pace is perfect to follow along with and I don’t feel like I’m rushing things and can still keep up by the end of the countdown. After completing this I can already feel my muscles getting bigger 💪💪
Today I'm going in person for my classes for the first time in 18 months which will be a big adjustment, hopefully I can squeeze this workout in in the afternoon. Yesterday's workout was amazing, the staple destroyed my legs! I'm really looking forward to today's workout, good luck everyone!!

push-ups are my biggest challenge but i know i will not progress further if i don't grin and bear them. i am very thankful for these workouts that push me beyond my comfort zone xoxo
I just love seeing the progress from Epic 1 to now! I started with 5 and 10 lb weights and 5 push-ups to now 15 and 20 lb and 10 push ups per round!!! Thank you Caroline! Its so much easier to lift my babies up and down the stairs!
No words will do this justice 😍 but I will try 😂 Used 20 &10 kg DBs but once again it the bodyweights, in this case pushups that are the killer. Flows so perfectly from Back to Chest to Shoulders and then Triceps and Biceps. The final Rep Out on the pushups is so much fun and managed 42 nice ones. The upperbody pump after this session is phenomenal and again the feel good factor during and after is something else. This really lifted my spirits today and I'm so thankful to Caroline for this great workout 🙏
Done with 17.5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells... that was hard work! 💪🏼🔥 Also I really like how dark and intense the music is in this one; it suits the brutal nature of Caroline's workouts very nicely! Now to destroy what's left of my biceps with the 15 minute add-on 👍🏼

Yesterday my comment was so full of supportive people I was moved to tears I read evey single comment😭😭😭😭😭 Yesterday I've done LEG DAY + TOTAL QUADS + BRACED CORE , did the optional workouts as I kept in my oath, was so absolutely fantastic , nver felt so light and energetic before! What a fantastic killer workout! Loved it! 😍 Really enjoyed the pushups throughout..even when my arms were dead😆. My favorite was the deadstop pushup to superman. The finisher was perfect🤩. It’s interesting to see the comments on the music. So varied. Personally, I’m enjoying whatever Caroline attaches to her videos. Since the beginning of Epics, the music choices are all new to me and I am enjoying being exposed to different sounds and artists.
I started with Epic II, at 5 pounds, I was not into lifting weights before but after finding Caroline's workout, I am now at 20 pound weights, and hope that at the end of 10 weeks I can lift heavier. Thank you for the free program!!

Thank you Caroline, your workout changed the game for me. I hate doing any upper body exercises because I have a bad wrist. At Epic II I could only lift 4kg when working with lighter dumbbells, but with this workout I literally lifted 6kg all through the lighter dumbbell workout without touching my 4kg. I definitely feel stronger and wasn’t wiped out at the end of the workout. It’s time to invest in heavier dumbbells. Even during the heavier dumbbell workout the 10kg I was lifting felt a bit lighter. I’m so excited, thank you for putting in so much for us.

So excited for this one! I decided to start working on my push-ups more specifically, and aim to do 50 of them every day. As i can see, today's workout is a great opportunity to practise 😊
one thing i love about these workouts is how they're structured. my weights are much lighter than recommended for chest/back, so when it comes to the gym workouts i see on youtube, with reps and sets, it kind of makes it difficult for me to challange myself because i don't know how to gauge the amount of reps that is suitable for my weights based off just my strength level, scared that i will just end up underestimating myself or even over doing it. with these timed workouts, and repeated exercises and small rest period, it's easier to actually aim for "my best" and go even harder to conquer one last rep before the timer beeps, instead of just limiting myself to the reps they show i need to do and not feeling like i've obliterated - in a good way - my body.

I just loved how each push up was like a mini burn out for the exercises beforehand 🔥 I wondered how is it possible that upper body workouts create so much sweat, but then I am doing a CG workout so expect the unexpected 😅🤣🤩

I am not such a big fan of pushups put since I started working out with Caroline my perspective has changed and know I am looking forward to do them and I love how Caroline adds them. That was a really great solid session. Enjoyed it to the last bit. I upped my weights to match yours. Manageable except for the pullovers.. That went not so smoothly. I got better depth with the diamond pushups and my indurance improved, so by the end of the workout I managed to squweeze in 19 pushups.. Thank you!

I love the combination of dumbell exercises with variations of push ups, makes the workout much more interesting and felling the burn in all upper body muscles. It was pure joy to end this workout and push myself to the end, i'm pretty sure that is my fav upper body workouts from all of CG epics.

So excited to be back with the EPIC series. Really enjoyed the variations on the staple, Caroline. Kept it interesting and challenging, while still targeting those similar muscle groups (admittedly did struggle to do some of them, but that is part of the fun)! I absolutely loved leg workout yesterday.. It was fun doing it even though intense.. Can't wait to do this upper body workout today.. It has so many variations targeting all muscles of the upper body.. Those push-ups in between definitely going to make it fiery 🔥 Thank you so much Caroline for this another great program!! Je n'ai jamais fait un programme Epic au complet, seulement des vidéos par ci par là selon les groupes de muscles que je voulais travailler, mais ça fait un petit moment que je la suiset elle est incroyable alors je vais tenter l'expérience de suivre un programme en entier! Bon succès! 👍😁

I thank my God upon every remembrance of you…Philippians 1:3…what a treasure you are! You are helping so many through this time of uncertainty and stress and depression…you are inspiring and uplifting and truly changing our lives through your programs. These workouts are changing me daily. I have to wait a few days and do stretching and yoga to recover enough to move on. Wow. This is amazing it is confusing my body which was probably getting stuck in a rut. My legs started hurting on the day of the workout…I’m 59…hello, from Texas!
I love the new countdown beeps! 2 beeps instead of 3 probably gives me like a full extra minute of active work during a session 😂 So incredibly excited!!
What I’m loving about this series is how slow and controlled all the movements are. Caroline does everything at a sustainable pace. At first I thought, shoot, I can do this faster….boy that was a mistake! Caroline’s pace is perfect to follow along with and I don’t feel like I’m rushing things and can still keep up by the end of the countdown. After completing this I can already feel my muscles getting bigger 💪💪
Today I'm going in person for my classes for the first time in 18 months which will be a big adjustment, hopefully I can squeeze this workout in in the afternoon. Yesterday's workout was amazing, the staple destroyed my legs! I'm really looking forward to today's workout, good luck everyone!!

push-ups are my biggest challenge but i know i will not progress further if i don't grin and bear them. i am very thankful for these workouts that push me beyond my comfort zone xoxo
I just love seeing the progress from Epic 1 to now! I started with 5 and 10 lb weights and 5 push-ups to now 15 and 20 lb and 10 push ups per round!!! Thank you Caroline! Its so much easier to lift my babies up and down the stairs!

Used 20 &10 kg DBs but once again it the bodyweights, in this case pushups that are the killer.
Flows so perfectly from Back to Chest to Shoulders and then Triceps and Biceps.
The final Rep Out on the pushups is so much fun and managed 42 nice ones.
The upperbody pump after this session is phenomenal and again the feel good factor during and after is something else. This really lifted my spirits today and I'm so thankful to Caroline for this great workout 🙏
Done with 17.5kg and 7.5kg dumbbells... that was hard work! 💪🏼🔥 Also I really like how dark and intense the music is in this one; it suits the brutal nature of Caroline's workouts very nicely!
Now to destroy what's left of my biceps with the 15 minute add-on 👍🏼

Yesterday I've done LEG DAY + TOTAL QUADS + BRACED CORE , did the optional workouts as I kept in my oath, was so absolutely fantastic , nver felt so light and energetic before!
Day 2 of not giving up and will continue to do this pushup practice along with the optional workouts as well 🤝🤝☺☺☺

What a fantastic killer workout! Loved it! 😍 Really enjoyed the pushups throughout..even when my arms were dead😆. My favorite was the deadstop pushup to superman. The finisher was perfect🤩. I started with Epic II, at 5 pounds, I was not into lifting weights before but after finding Caroline's workout, I am now at 20 pound weights, and hope that at the end of 10 weeks I can lift heavier. Thank you for the free program!!

Thank you Caroline, your workout changed the game for me. I hate doing any upper body exercises because I have a bad wrist. At Epic II I could only lift 4kg when working with lighter dumbbells, but with this workout I literally lifted 6kg all through the lighter dumbbell workout without touching my 4kg. I definitely feel stronger and wasn’t wiped out at the end of the workout. It’s time to invest in heavier dumbbells. Even during the heavier dumbbell workout the 10kg I was lifting felt a bit lighter. I’m so excited, thank you for putting in so much for us.

Push ups too hard? Drop down to your knees and do them. Still get the big upper body push but they're a lot easier.
I really enjoy new music sets. It motivates me and make me stronger! I really like the new excercises. Epic III is the BEST!

one thing i love about these workouts is how they're structured. my weights are much lighter than recommended for chest/back, so when it comes to the gym workouts i see on youtube, with reps and sets, it kind of makes it difficult for me to challange myself because i don't know how to gauge the amount of reps that is suitable for my weights based off just my strength level, scared that i will just end up underestimating myself or even over doing it. with these timed workouts, and repeated exercises and small rest period, it's easier to actually aim for "my best" and go even harder to conquer one last rep before the timer beeps, instead of just limiting myself to the reps they show i need to do and not feeling like i've obliterated - in a good way - my body.

I am not such a big fan of pushups put since I started working out with Caroline my perspective has changed and know I am looking forward to do them and I love how Caroline adds them. Had So Much Fun! Shoulders and Arms were on 🔥! When it was time for the Skull crushers arms were shaking. Had a good laugh at the last parts as I was struggling to lift my arms with the curls. Couldn't do the add-on bec. Arms are gone after that finisher. Feeling Awesome after!

That was a really great solid session. Enjoyed it to the last bit.
I upped my weights to match yours. Manageable except for the pullovers.. That went not so smoothly.
I got better depth with the diamond pushups and my indurance improved, so by the end of the workout I managed to squweeze in 19 pushups..
