I do love me a good goals video! I also usually edit out my “um”s. Yes! Stepping out of comfort zones and no TBRs 🙌 I’m so bad at reviewing and discussing books 😬
Yaaay thinking about the upcoming reading year! I so relate to not doing hard and fast goals - I set "un-goals" every year 😂 I do awful with TBRs, too! I end up calling them a Pile of Possibilities because it gives me the mental leeway I need hehe. Here's to a great reading year! 🎉
I feel ya!!! I mean. No shade to those who do speed up but I honestly have a hard time understanding if I do! 😂😂😂 I've actually slowed down an ausiobook to .95 because the narrator was too fast!!!

I soo understand what your saying. I am a mood reader, I have a blog too .. my current one since 2008, and a lot of my free time goes to my family if I'm not reading. That's why my own videos are sporadic and why I talk about my blog more than my YT channel. 😊 Oh wells.... BEST WISHES TO YOU ... I hope you'll be able to accomplish all of your goals.

@@IHeartRomance :: Agreed but I have been at it for so long ... and though the community seems to be more everywhere else .. the longer you have a platform the more legit it is to publishers/authors (at least in my experience) so I know I'll never give it up completely. 😁

I used to listen to sped up audiobooks, but can not do that anymore. If I do its 1.5x at the most.

I can’t listen to my audio sped up. I have quite a few narrators that I love their voice so much no way am I speeding through.
I know what you mean!!! 🥰 The fastest I have it is at 1.25 and even I think it's fast. LOL
