Good driving skillz, to be honest! But if you say "spitting" MINI JWC, i'm not sure that`s the right word in this case :D. If the Nurburgring was only full of corners in which the mini appeared 1st infront of ya , then i'd honestly ask myself if u ever had a chance to overtake the mini with the super TT RS. And my answer is "NO", not at all, cause the mini's even lighter in corners (didn`t see tires etc.). The driver in the mini wasn't that bad. The straight line was your only advantage in the Audi TT.

But The Ring is a track on which you are not able to overtake if the driver in front of you doesn't want to. Or you have a reasonable more amount of HP. So to answer your question: If Kevin wouldn't had let me pass I was not going to overtake him. Even not on the uphill straight. He has a bit more than 300 HP and a few 100 Kgs less than my TT-RS, which got around 400 HP. Yes, the TT-RS is faster (even skilled drivers in both cars) but not that much to allow me to force overtaking. But - you know - this is touristic driving, not racing. So the man in front lets the faster car pass if he sees him coming nearer and nearer in the rear mirror. 😉 P.S.: What was the right word, please! 😊

The JCW is not on OEM power as well. ;) And tbh I found he was extremely quick. Regarding the facts you mentioned. :)
