That's what I would usually do, but this trailer had a custom harness made for it. The wires are ran through the square tube of the trailer frame, and I didn't want to have to pull new wires through all of that. I really thought the plug end was the problem.
@@wildbluewander_1 I had to replace both lights and it was the same as the whole kit , so I just did the whole setup . Might be a pain, but in the end it worked out fine
Fancy that. Here I had been using a lighter on my heat shrink. Nice light.
We started out doing that, but the wind kept blowing it out :)
Found out the hard way it’s a lot cheaper just to run new wires and lights.
